Perfect colours on photos, photo books and photos printed onto aluminium . No distortion, web page does most of the work for you. Would recommend, have used many times, no bad results so far.

Ordering was simple - from uploading the photo for a canvas to placing the order. The viewer is easy to use and it tells you if the photo is of good enough quality. I received an email to tell me my order had been received, that it was (quickly) dispatched to my store of choice and then another one to tell me it was ready for collection. I've ordered a number of items and all have been good quality and very reasonably priced.

There was a fault in the off line Jesssops software version which resulted in the field to insert a voucher code is not shown before paying. This led to a lot of confusion between myself and the Jessops support staff and in the end I had to get them involved to obtain a retrospective refund of the voucher code value. Having used the CEWE online software in the past I found the offline use of the Jessops version somewhat confusing at times.

First time using them and very impressed. The prices were so much cheaper then what I thought they would be. The service was fast and efficient and the product better then what I thought. I was informed all the way, product was sent safely and packaged well and the cost was very fair. 10/10 100% A* perfect!

1. There is no way of viewing the album at 100% zoom whilst compiling it. As a result I did not make the photos large enough for the details to be appreciated, and I am having to redo it with more pages, an expense I had not bargained for. 2. Your delivery company notified me of the delivery date (a whole day, not a two or three hour window as with some delivery companies). With the exception of one and a half hours, I was in all that day and during the time I was out I left a note pinned to the door asking that the package be left with a specified neighbour. It was not delivered and that evening I received an email to say delivery had been attempted but no one was in. That is obviously not true. Additionally the message said delivery would now be on the next working day. However I could not be in on that day and I could find no way of contacting the company. Also at that second attempt it was left in a reasonably safe place in the vicinity of my house, with a note through the door. That is further proof that the delivery had not been attempted on the first day, otherwise the package would have been left in the safe place then.

They mixed up the running order of the pages in my album. It was supposed to be a chronological story for a fortieth birthday present. NOT HAPPY !!

The poster I ordered was blurry, not good quality and certainly not worth the £40 I paid for it. I had bought it to give as a present to my husband and I was so disappointed with it I put it straight in the bin. I will not be using Jessops again.
