Customer service from Neil and Phil and Pharmpet has always been excellent, on a number of occasions they've pointed out errors made on our prescriptions and been extremely helpful in sorting them out, and ensuring our dog gets his medication. Communications are always prompt and the actual product and delivery time is very good.

Select ear cleaner, for dogs. This ear cleaner caused my previously compliant show cocker to snap and nip. I had to get a basket muzzle to safely use this cleaner. He had previously accepted other cleaners. He was actively upset by its use. I used another cleaner next day and he was OK.
