Frontline absolutely crap so expensive and don't work don't waste your money Johnsons is better

Placed my first order, and called customer care to check I did it all correctly, the man who took my call was so helpful and polite, I had left it a bit later than needed but he immediately expedited my order and it arrived before 13:00 the next day, really impressed with prices communication and their delivery..thank you so much would highly recommend

It's rare to find an online company these days that actually surprise me with their service but this company most definitely does. Not only are they the cheapest place I've found to buy my dogs prescription medication but they are also ridiculously fast at dispatching items. In addition to this, i have only had to get in touch with customer service once about delivery times (my fault, I left it late to order and was concerned about running out and had selected 2nd class delivery rather than next day) but my email was replied to extremely quickly and I was informed my order was due for delivery the next day. Well done guys! Cannot recommend enough

Feel really let down by this company, nothing wrong with the order or delivery but not an understanding or caring company. Ordered a couple of items for my 14 year old Staffy on prescription when she was not well. I never opened the packaging or the box they came in. She was unable to eat and thought would not use as cannot be taken on an empty stomach. She passed away and a week later called to ask about returning and was told do not accept returns it was not about £35 as was donating to Dogs Trust. Lack of sympathy and a caring attitude. They are now going to an animal charity in Ukraine.

Very disappointed with the time it took to look at the request and then act on it. In total it took almost three weeks to get the flea and worming medication I wanted. Should have gone to Pets at home!!

Contacted by Neil to be advised that the prescription issued by the Vet was not correctly worded and they would not be unable to fulfill the medication requirements. A call to the vet and the situation was resolved. Very quick and understanding service A1. Prices are superb compaired to that charged by the vets practice. Massive savings.

I had a prescription from a French vet as my dog currently lives in France. Order refused for the following reason 'only able to dispense prescriptions from UK registered veterinary surgeons practicing in UK registered veterinary surgeries'. But this is absolutely not mentioned in the Terms and Conditions of use. This company can decide to change the applicable rules at its discretion. Be careful!
