Thank you Pharmpet, I ordered a regular prescription recently, but in the meantime, our cat got too ill, and had to be put to sleep. There was no problem with cancelling the prescription, and the money was back in my account the next day. They also sent a lovely email of condolence. Going the extra distance, that sets you out from the rest.
