5 yrs ago I bought Loloi Enchant EN-27 Neutral Area Rug at Room-to-go 7.7'x10.6' cost $187 now is $299. Anyway because the quality and I assumed is the same now that's why I bought the same rug smaller 3'10" X 5'7" ($159 list price then discount to $127) to match the existing rug. The price is higher which don't really care however the thickness is 30% less as well as the quality. I assumed is the manufacturer their changes.

Your prices are competitive but your customer service is terrible all they worry about is the sale but no service is offered So we choose to go where we were treated like customers should be treated.

Carpet Mart has the best customer service I have ever dealt with I know I drove the woman nuts between picking sizes of my area rug and she was as patient and nice as could be I received my carpet today and it is beautiful better than I ever expected.
