Well I wish I could give no stars ...house has damp ...due to a knackered roof ...all they do is promise and don't deliver ....bloody bunch of shisters...all they care about is profit

I have lived here for about 12 years and loved it until they put this heating system in 2 years ago and its been a nightmare for the last 2 years, I've had 5 water cylinders put in in 2 years now I'm waiting for my sixth my water is orange, i cant use the bath or wash my dishes or use the hot water for anything that's been like that sines the last cylinder just before Christmas that one flooded my hallway. I've had leaking cylinders tripping the heating system

Glorified Slum Landlords with increasingly disgusting tactics to further their lust for profit. On top of everything already mentioned on the low star reviews, they now close complaints about repairs and upgrades not carried out, without consulting tenants first or completing the work, and they say that they don't allow tenants to complain about the same issue again. Nor does it look like the third stage tenants tribunal complaints stage exists anymore, even if you could get that far, as it's now a 'simple two stage process' where one of their 'managers' is now the end of the line. This forces tenants to either give up, or try the Housing Ombudsman Service, using their 'landlords lack of response' option as their only hope. They think so little of their rent paying tenants, that they would rather risk the Ombudsman, and further legal actions than do the work on their own properties that they are legally contracted to do in their tenancy agreements. Please disregard any disingenuous and patronising response here from the Flagship damage limitation squad.

Just bought 100% of my shared ownership, a good service from flagship over the years. Although when I had issues with the building itself such as the lock on the main door not working and the halfway lights, they did sometimes take a while to come out and as we are paying for that service I feel it should have been quicker. So on that I would have given a 3, but I gave a 4 due to the excellent communication from Carly throughout the years, and especially recently during the purchase of 100%. Thank you

Absolutely disgusting housing association report asb which is causing health problems and basically call you a liar gets swept under the carpet. No help what so ever but they are quick enough to take your rent.

I had been through a lot of trouble selling twice that fell through then decided to buy more shares on my shared ownership property. Carly had been a great help all throughout each stage and was always there to answer anything I needed; very quick at getting back to you also. A great experience from Flagship!

Just sold my shared ownership house with flagship and they have been amazing during the whole sale. Couldn’t have been more helpful and so efficient at replying to us and solicitors. Espically Carly who has been the main point of communication. Never had any issues while I was with flagship.

We purchased a shared ownership home with flagship. The aftercare has been nothing short of disgraceful. We have always been told that our service charge is variable, and that any surplus will be refunded. Nearly 2 years later and, in spite of repeated requests, flagship have failed to provide any justification for the service charge being paid. No accounts. No proof of what monies have been spent. No refunds. We're paying for things that don't even exist yet they refuse to allow us to stop paying the charge. Flagship confirmed our money is being paid to a third party management company, but it transpires this company hasn't even taken over the management of the site yet. Now I've received an email saying the service charge is a fixed charge paid to flagship and there will be no refunds. Utterly disgusting company. Avoid if you possibly can.

Flagship are atrocious! If they sorted out antisocial behaviour as quick as they take rents then that would be something! Also they victimise you, if you have a genuine complaint, report it, it gets swept under carpet and if the problem arises again then they ignore it as you have complained in the past, horrendous landlords..not a profit making organisation?! You're a business of course you're in it to make money, you certainly don't do it out of the goodness of your heart.

Phoned today.about 1 45.the chap has been out and all is repaired.this is service and care beyond what's expected.I can only thank flagship and for the lovely lady who I spoke to.thank you you really are the best housing company.I do read other reviews and am totally amazed at some of them.thank you from one very satisfied and happy tenant.

I would like to thank Carly so much for her help . When there was little or no information forthcoming she was always there to reassure me and help me with a happy and friendly attitude. At times the estate agent and solicitor were distant but Carly was always up to speed .

Dipsy woman on the phone was chasing a payment they owe me of £50. She claims it takes 10 working days. BACS 3 DAYS Electron 1 minute. If i owed them they would be hounding me for it. Also asked for my bank details by email. Unsafe unsecure could have been hacked. FLAGSHIP get rid of Victory homes. Their staff are USELESS and giving you a bad reputation. My IQ against all their staff i make them look silly. Sort it Flagship. I already have a complaint with an Ombudsman. Next civil court and then Supreme Courts.

Review but flagship don’t care. Only interested in money.kitchen draws cupboards etc falling apart, fed up buying clue sticks to stick together to stop everything falling out. Boiler fitted and now leaking white stuff which ruined one toaster .,absolutely a disgrace!!!Do Not go with these COWBOYS!!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They are shockingly bad! Do not use them for Shared Ownership. This is a rip-off scheme anyway, but you will receive sweet fa for your service charge that just continues to go up while Flagship staff are driving around in brand new electric vehicles and god knows what else! This is where our money goes! It is a beyond 'basic' service. They cut corners, cheap fixes for things, no maintenance on anything, drop grass cuttings, it takes years and years to get communal areas decorated, windows painted, communal window panes cleaned every 6 months! EVERYTHING has to be chased, chased, chased if you want anything done. Some of us don't want to live in squalor or tat but Flagship happy to let you! I CAN NOT wait to see the back of them, useless wasters!

Do not rent with them flagship is by far the most scumbag housing agency 7 funking years black mold 3 promised to fix all time just rubbish . Came in other day instead of new tolit thay pop a new pip on leaking already . Thay are a criminal agency and I'm gonna be showing pics in all new in East anglia papers

Absolutely disgusting service to deal with. Me and their tenant suffering with damp and mould issues which has lead to me having health issues and health issues to my 2 disabled children this has been going on since April we ring up for updates and they refuse to give us updates no one has come out to fix the damp and mould issue. I think this company and their owners are disgraceful Absolutely appalling considering they have a duty of care towards their tenants. What they are doing is unfair unlawful and completely irresponsible.

These people should not get away with the horrendous way they treat human beings. They use their powers to destroy people's lives. They totally brake the laws of the land but use their legal department to threaten people with their lies. They have no grace to explain why they think they should be able to destroy what is not theirs. Yet they continue to do so with out the curtesy to face people and explain face to face why. Their Co and top dogs don't give a dam as long as they can get lesser staff to answer for them. They should not be allowed to get away with it. Other law breaking figures indervidusls or otherwise can't so why should they. It's not right. Why do we have laws if only the people that can afford it get to apply them. It is clearly 100% printed in black and white what the law is but as they think themself to have such powers to destroy people's life's and property to make profits. Yet everyday they get away with it why? Why do they ever get pulled up on it. Millions of people complain about or to the yet still they are allowed to get away with it. Why?

I never thought I would have to complain about my home because I love it but Flagship is absolutely disgusting! The whole street has problems with the sewer and drainage system but they refuse to fix the issue properly! They've built the houses on uneven ground which of course is going to cause problems with flooding when there's heavy rain! I have spoken to some rude woman from the company who basically said "it's not our problem" I don't know how that works when Flagship built the homes! Now the whole street and other residents gardens flooded and leaving water damaged property which residents have to replace once more! All because they do not want to fix the problem properly! The drainage and sewer system is not fit for its purpose and I don't know how they continue to get away with this! Meanwhile they will happily continue to take and increase the service charges every year without fail! Flagship, you are an evil company. Do not buy a property with this company! You will regret it!

Terrible Area team!, useless! Doesn't matter how many times you put complaint in NOTHING gets done! Parking issue complaint after complaint, been holding the private parking sign that has a cigarette burn in it, for the workman hew turned up with out a post for a year now! Strange week like he said he would be back! What a joke! Seems like the only time they actually contact you is if you ow rent, Bring back when they was Suffolk heritage the entire service was outstanding! This lot....well! If they was the fireman and your house was on fire they'd turn up a year later to put it out!
