United Kingdom | 18 August 2014I would not recommend dealing with Flagship homes for their Shared ownership properties. They charge you a ridiculous amount of rent, to never help you when things go wrong and then make it near impossible to get out of the scheme when you choose to move on. Currently trying to sell my property and have had them stand in the way of three offers from prospective buyers. Most recent refusal is due to the purchaser not living in the local area. Why on earth should that even matter? Would not recommend Flagship or shared ownership to anyone.
