United Kingdom | 25 April 2023I feel sorry for their tenants if they have as much success as I have in getting anybody to correspond with me. And if I had erected a scaffold on one of their roofs like they did on mine no doubt solicitors letters and threats would have been quickly sent. Obviously courtesy is not a word they use or understand, rude and discourtesy abounds.

United Kingdom | 18 April 2023I worked with Bryony (senior sales advisor) for Flagship Homes on the “Trinity Meadow” site in Rackheath, Norwich. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons I had to recently pull-out of my purchase (looking to buy a plot later in the year when released) But I cannot knock the communication I’ve had with Flagship/Bryony during the time since I had first seen the site until now. Everything was replied to on the same day and you felt like you could trust the company. I would recommend using Flagship Homes to anyone looking to buy their first home under the Shared Ownership scheme.

United Kingdom | 16 April 2023Shocking and disturbing treatment by Flagship. Poor communicate, poor standard of repairs. Repairs to leaks that don't last a day. 7 and a half hours for an emergency plumber to arrive after a mid winter burst pipe then offered a dehumidifier to dry out my electrical goods. Nothing about this company would shock me any more other than how are they allowed to get away with it.

United Kingdom | 31 March 2023A special shout out to Carly Horne who has been an absolute diamond. I was going through quite a stressful time in life with my ex partner leaving the property and me not knowing what to do. Carly was so understanding. helpful and pointed me in the right direction. She always replied to emails same day or the very next and would also call me back. She has made the process so smooth.

United Kingdom | 09 March 2023If I could choose a 0 star review I would. I was strangled by my neighbour at my door last November. After telling me they would provide an injunction they never did, and after kicking her out they not in as many words said they were washing their hands of the situation after I asked to be moved as it’s too uncomfortable to live in the place I was attacked. I was lied to and told they couldn’t help with that, then I was told I would be added to the managed move list and never was. They have lied to me and my husband numerous times and only told truths when I called them on it. Unfortunately I cannot afford to move currently but as soon as I am able, the £800 a month I pay will be better spent not supporting a company who couldn’t do the same to me when I was frightened and in a living hell. Absolute embarrassment of a company and the procedures/customer service in place to help tenants needs a massive overhaul.

United Kingdom | 03 March 2023Yet again Flagship homes have failed to do what they were supposed to. I complained about the heating not being adequate (might storage heaters). They send a surveyor round, he says I have woodworm in the loft. ( all because storage heaters are not lasting in giving off heat, they run out before evening which is when you need it most). So they send a company out to rectify the woodworm which means emptying the loft treating for woodworm and replacing with a thicker layer of lift insulation. This has NOT BEEN DONE! The company drilled holes in outside walls so the insulation could be topped up, then decided that they were not going to move garden furniture, and promptly left! ANOTHER JOB NOT DONE!! When is this government going to pull their finger out and make these housing associations do what they are supposed to do! They waste thousands of pounds changing the name from Flagship homes to Newtide homes, the money would be better spent employing people that can do the jobs properly instead of the jobs not being done properly or worse not at all! When are things going to improve! I can only hope that Daniel Poulter gets to hear of this and does something about it! I doubt that will happen either! It's a good job I'm not holding my breath!!

United Kingdom | 21 February 2023It was my first experience with Flagship and I can't rate them highly enough. Abbie has been exceptional. She was efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Whatever she said she would do, she did. Pleasurable experience of what can be a stressful time.

United Kingdom | 22 January 2023Useless moved us from a very unsuitable property into an even worse state property with no choice. (3 months ago we moved into this home) Now have rising damp, flooding, popped double glazing & heave/subsidence.Offer temp accommodation or a full move AT MY EXPENSE but No decision has been made! 5 surveys have been carried out by independent surveyors but nothing else as flagship/samphire have lost the reports ! Funny shall I send you a copy as I have them all! You also lost all medical notes on a disabled child GDPR !!!!!!!!!!! It’s been a three year ongoing battle Laura your reply is absolutely a load of rubbish! Not once has anyone actually tried to resolve this. And your TENANTS VOICE team are just as useless! Don’t try and make me look the fool your look even more silly that you do now.

United Kingdom | 03 January 2023Bryony is an absolute legend! Unbelievably patient. Genuinely lovely person. The whole experience from start to finish wasn't at all what I had geared myself up for. After speaking with friends and family I was expecting worse case scenarios through every aspect but alas... everything turned out perfect. My journey of buying my first home was, of course, eye-opening but as a whole, with Flagship, I was completely supported. Bryony was available, and answered all my questions (and she'll attest, there were a lot!) Broker, Lender and Flagship communications was smooth. I was quite hands-on myself but even if I wasn't (I was probably in the way for the majority) every step-of-the-way things were handled in a timely manner. Every call I made was purely for reasurance purposes, and the simple fact I'm impatient (like most of us). And I didn't want anything to fall through because of silly miscommunication but as I'm in my new house, it obviously never did. As an overall, dealing with Flagship was simple, friendly and Bryony especially was super patient; such a delightful and informative human being. The house itself... once I was finally in after a period of 10 months, the finish is far better than I've seen in other homes. The workmanship (Lovell), I think are top notch but I truly do think this is off the back of Flagship and their expectations with the developer. Everything chosen in my home is tasteful and I've got so many kitchen appliances that I initially never even dreamt of having. The aftercare with Flagship is also beyond expectation, too. Their customer service, for me, has been a godsend. Helpful. Informative. I mean, I know it sounds like I'm blowing smoke but honestly, my whole experience whilst of course not without stress at all (hello! buying a house here!), has been far less stressful than I know it could have been. The experience itself can lead you through various paths of stress but with Flagship I felt supported, and was handled with a friendly manner no matter how annoying I must have been. I mean, I even asked which walls of the house were brick - I was intense! So I put Flagship through a lot, poor Bryony, but I cannot explain enough how grateful I am to have been treated so nicely. I would recommend anybody who wants to go down the route of Shared Ownership to opt for Flagship!!!

United Kingdom | 22 December 2022From start to finish the Sale Advisor was excellent, couldn’t fault them at all. Always kept up to date and always helped with every query I had. This is my first time buying a property so I had no experience of what to do or what to expect and they made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this company as my experience was so positive. My Sales Advisor done a great job and couldn’t have done more, she was fantastic. Excellent customer service and very happy with my first home. Thank you

United Kingdom | 15 December 2022The property I rent from them, is rotting, I have mould and damp. Broken roof, water drips from loft hatch, I’ve had icicles coming from the loft hatch. Ice on the inside of the living room doors and windows. Broken and crumbling asbestos through out the house. And if I call to chase up repairs after being told “we’ll contact you back” and no one does, I’m told “put a bucket under the loft hatch” and “there’s people living in worse” and I’ve also been told “you should feel grateful for what you have”. Quiet frankly, It’s shameful to not even have a basic human sense of empathy. I don’t have/Can’t find my tenancy number so attach to this.

United Kingdom | 09 December 2022Recently purchased a shared ownership new build in Suffolk and the process was smooth from start to finish. United Kingdom | 07 December 2022Honestly, the best process we could’ve asked for. Recently purchased our first home with Flagship and the staff who were assigned to us were absolutely amazing and their correspondence was top notch. Bryony, our sales advisor was absolutely brilliant. Always kept in contact, we always knew what was going on her end and was always quick to reply to any queries we had. The completions process was as smooth as anything, arranged a time to pick the keys up, informed us of any delays which were out of their control (which ended being none), picked the keys up right on time and even got welcomed in with a lovely welcome home hamper. Absolutely superb service and would recommend the company to anyone, looking to buy their own home. Thank you!
