We r Friday evening! We r all frozen! It’s icy cold outside and flagship r just rude and don’t give a **** about their customers!!

United Kingdom | 01 January 2021My asthmatic 2 year old daughters storage heater doesn’t work and there is a visible gap around her window, the room is freezing cold and she is now become ill which I’m putting down to this, this what I’ve just been told is not an emergency!! Can you explain how my 2 year olds daughters direct health is not an emergency as the person on the phone was totally dismissive also I’ve just been on the citizens advice website where it clearly states a case close to this is a legal emergency and needs to be addressed within a day. This is unexplainable and I want resolution

Kept in good contact before and was very friendly and professional during our appointment. Watched her run from house to house to greet everyone all afternoon as there was a fair few of us, have since spoken to my new neighbours and we all found her helpful and felt that nothing was too much trouble. we all agree she is a real credit to Flagship. Look forward to living here. Many thanks.

I feel that the property needed more work before getting it like things in the garden and the tv Ariel for instance and just few little things but other than that it’s been ok.

Repairs, complaints, emails and phone calls being ignored. Need a final response so I can escalate this to the ombudsman and shockingly can't speak to anyone

United Kingdom | 09 December 2020We bought a bloor home via flagship its been hell. During our house purchase we had to give a defect list which we did and there were many serious defects some they wouldn't even entertain such as poor finishing to the walls. Anyway one of our serious defects was water coming into our house when it rains via the window areas upstairs and down. Some one came out and said we have to deal with this problem one stage at a time. So they put mastik on one window outside. Where they put the mastik was on the sill between the window and sill. This is actually a drainage point and now it's blocked. Any way it's has rained heavy and water is coming into our house again. We phoned them up and they told us We have to pay for any repairs.!! We said this is a defect when we bought the house that you are ment to be sorting and promised you would. They said Nope you bought it you pay for it. So now we have to get repair men to come and fix our house. I spoke to a solicitor who told us we have a good case and wil be cheaper to pursue than to fix the problem by the sound of it. Poor quality housing and even worse customers service.

United Kingdom | 07 December 2020Left water dripping on live electrics! Called Flagship to report no heating in my mother in laws house, they sent Gasway..... Gasway came out to look at my mother in laws heating and hot water system. The pipework in the airing cupboard was leaking and heating was not working. The Gasway technician confirmed that the magnetic filter housing was knackered so it would need a new filter, also fgound the 3way valve not working. He left saying parts would he on order. THAT WAS 6 WEEKS AGO. Ive just been round there to find her in tears as she is so cold! The 2 tiny heaters she was left are not good enough and she's terrorgied of the cost of running them. I've just looked in the airing cupboard and found that the 3 way valve is not working because the water from the above leak is dripping all over it! Live electrics! Absolutely disgusted in the level of service. I called today and they don't even appear to have a record of the original visit! Back to square one and still no heating and wet electrics! Thanks for your reply Martin but I've called that number and asked to speak with you only to be told they don't kniiw who you are to put me in contact?

My combination boiler had gone off for nearly two weeks and they can’t repaired in this cold weather ! They don’t care and Gasway a company they work hand in hand are worst!!

United Kingdom | 02 December 2020I have been a flagship tenant for 2 years, and I have to say that aslong as you pay your rent nobody bothers you, but once you have issues that you want answering you are ignored! The first year I had to highlight to my housing officer that our gas safety checks had not been completed in the November when they were due in the September! This is a legal requirement and landlords should be on this due to the issues gas can cause! Could have been a massive mistake of there’s! I have had to deal with anti social behaviour and when flagship have these policy’s ie no tolerance on drugs it makes me wonder why they house people they do! I have been chasing up for sometime what I pay £5.19 for a week on a service charge for areas that are not maintained! That’s £249 a year for something Extra for I don’t know what! This has been ongoing since the summer and I’m still awaiting an answer! Lose paving Slabs were reported as health and safety there words not mine took 18 days to attend and when they did they are worse than they were to start off with, called the day after he attended and reported they were worse! Was told someone would call me back nobody did surprise surprise! Received a call back from chasing again after 7 days booked for 15th Dec! son has tripped various times if something serious happens there will be a massive legal claim as I can physically lift up the paving slab not secure at all. So all In all, no I wouldn’t recommend flagship to anyone that requires affordable housing as they are happy to take your rent, but not deal with issues!
