I purchased a mini cardboard cut out a year or so ago and I'm sure it was bigger than the one I ordered this time. Have they become smaller?

Very pleased with the face masks, photo I had wasn't the best and I was contacted to check if I wanted to go ahead with the order, which I did. Masks were still good, and extremely fast delivery. Would definitely use again.

Customer Service when ordering was incredible, fast easy and simple. Delivery was fast however have a fold line on the left side of my mask which very slightly took you off 5 stars. Looks like someone attempted to fold it or it's been slightly bent in transit. Apart from that so happy with it thank you so much! Shame about the line on the mask!

We are really pleased with the cut out- a good job with a photo which we knew was not of the greatest quality. The cut out was slightly smaller than we expected, but on reflection the height measurement we asked for is the height of the cut out overall. On receiving the item we can see that we should have allowed maybe an extra inch or two to account for height of hair on top of head, and perspective of the way the person is standing in the picture- the measurement we gave was used to create the cut out from bottom of feet to top of hair in the picture, whereas an actual person obviously would have a little additional height due to hair on head, and the photo angle/perspective seems to have influenced this a little also. However, we are really happy with the product we received.

My package did not arrive at first, but Sasha from the UK team helped me out very quickly and professionally! I got the mask and it was in great condition. Great customer service.
