Excellent service from this company, my original photo was not good enough quality so I was contacted and they helped me through the whole process by which I sent a selection through to them and they sorted it out for me. I’m not particularly internet or mobile savvy so this was very helpful and I’m delighted with the cut out of my grandson which was for his birthday.

I ordered two cutouts (lifesize and mini) for my sister’s 25th wedding anniversary party but unfortunately they got lost in the mail:( The company refunded my money, so I was happy about that, they showed up 3 days later and my sister loved them but they would have been great if they showed up on time.

I sent in my first picture which wasn’t the best quality and they emailed me back asking if i wanted to go ahead with it or change, so i opted to change it to see if my second photo was any better which turned out it would have been worse. One of the ladies then got in contact with me to show me how they would both turn out and if I wanted to go ahead with one of those ones I could choose one or change it again. My cut-out is for a funny going away gift so I didn’t mind if it was a bit pixilated so I chose the first picture that I sent in. When I received it (which was only a few days after I ordered it), it was fantastic and exactly how I imagined it to br. Great service and great quality even though they let me know that mine might not have been the best. Can’t wait to give it over as a present!!

From beginning to end, my experience with cutoutme was nothing but very efficient. The end result was amazing. I rang and spoke to someone, who was very helpful and recommended sending a photo with the measurements of the size that I needed. There was more help to fill in the details online. My problem was that I wanted a life size Shetland pony! And I got it. Fantastic service, great product. I am one very happy customer. I know a lot of people who are going to enjoy seeing the pony. Incredible people! Very sincere and on top of everything! We did a cut out of our daughter for our sons wedding coming up in a couple of weeks. I was concerned about it being just right and it is!!
