I had an outstanding experience with Cutoutme. Sasha communicated with me promptly and worked diligently to get my picture to the right proportions for the cutout. She was a delight to work with!! Absolutely fabulous people to deal with. Extremely helpful and so kind as order was for large cardboard photo boards of my son who died in a horrible accident last year and obviously we could not take any new photos. Lovely lady oversaw whole project and kept us informed all the way. The boards are amazing quality and although they made me cry they will take pride of place when we honour my boy at his birthday shortly. Many thanks again.

I have only good things to say about my experience with Cutoutme - stand-up arrived in perfect condition and it was quite quickly, too, and customer service was great. I'd definitely order from them again.

It is going to be a great surprise-so real. I am very happy with it, except it cost me an extra 16-20 $ because they didn't think my picture quality was good enough once blown up, one ear was cut more out then the other-but no one else will probably notice? But all in all I am happy-it is going to be a funny surprise!

Love this company. The picture was not high resolution and end product was still perfect. They sent an emailing stating they were concerned about the quality, which we appreciated. We went ahead with it anyways and so happy we did. The work and quality is excellent and the time delivery was fast. Thank you for being a great company.

It's REALLY misleading to show all those examples on the website with NO FOLD LINES. I ordered based on those examples, then my cutout came with 4 big cuts on the printed face. In fact, it's technically illegal to have Photoshopped those out of your examples. It would qualify as a bait and switch advertising tactic in court if anyone ever bothered to take it that far.

The cutout was a big hit! We used it for a retirement party, and each person who proposed a toast draped a hobby on "him."

Some of our cutouts are the wrong size. I have sent multiple emails and not gotten a response. If we paid for a large cutout we would like a large cutout. Update: After posting my negative review they did in fact get back to me. I would like to clarify that working with Abbie prior to delivery was pleasant and she worked with me to change my photos that were not up to scruff. It was only the lack of reply, which has been protested by them extremely, that was a problem. I'm very pleased with the cutouts.
