Cutout came nicely but It had poor quality due to the image I provided which Is my fault entirely but I hope in the future you guys can implement a reminder that the quality will not be as good due to the size of the cutout/standee or the image quality provided is too low.

The speed of delivery was outstanding. I wasn’t able to be in a friend’s wedding in Mexico because I am pregnant and unable to fly. I sent in a picture so that I could have a cutout of myself in wedding attire at the resort as a surprise. I could not believe that my photo was sent from the US, turned into a cutout in the UK, and arrived in Mexico in just 4 days! The cutout was not as vibrant in color as the photo, but I understand the difficulty with uploaded photos and how they’re compressed. Overall I’m very impressed and will use this service again. Thank you for transporting me to my friend’s wedding a month ahead of schedule.

Helpful customer service! I sent them a photo that wasn't going to make a good cut out so they made sure to reach out first before printing it. There were also some issues with shipping (UPSP's fault, not theirs) and they were really kind about it. They checked in multiple time to see if it had arrived yet. If I ever need another cut out I will definitely be contacting them again! The final product was amazing as well! Make sure you get a nice camera for the photo. I took a selfie with it and you couldn't even tell it was a cut out. It just looked like he was right beside me! I can't say enough good things about this company. Very impressed.

I love the poster cut out, great looking. The only thing I had was I am so happy with Amazon tracking, so not knowing what was happening with shipping was worrisome. But the company did answer me when I ask thru Amazon when I could expect it.
