I'm glad I chose to order my cutout through this company! My boyfriend is deployed and wasn't able to make his brothers wedding so I decided to get him a cutout & make him be there regardless. I was very worried that the photo wouldn't come out blurry but they did an excellent job. I got it right on time & everyone loved it!

The instructional video was helpful and made the process very easy to follow. It was delivered as promised and looks brilliant. My only complaint relates to courier used. I received no fewer that 10 email about the delivery and 6 were many days after the delivery. Also courier delivery had poor communication skills and shouted down the phone.

Just a great idea. They will be honest and tell you if your image is not up to the standard they like to work with.

This is a quality product that arrives exactly as you pictured it: Good resolution, a perfect cutout and a huge crowd-pleaser. I can't stop staring at it. It's so much fun. A word on customer service: UPS seemed to be sitting on the delivery (ah, the holidays) so I contacted the vendor about it and they promptly sent me out a replacement. Stuff happens. Good customer service is making it right. Cutoutme certainly did. Thanks for a great product and experience!
