Great service throughout. Had an issue with image quality initially but was all sorted by Sasha after I sent multiple alternative images and let them pick the best.... was over the moon with the result, and was used plenty on the hen do :)

Sasha and the team simply couldn’t have been more amazing as they rushed the job of getting my darling Papa posted to us in Jersey so that he could take pride of place at his memorial service. It absolutely made the event. I was incredibly stressed after receiving an automated message about the quality of the photo but in no time at all I had the best personal service to ensure the rest of the process was as simple and stress free as possible. great masks and speedy delivery

I was a little confused about how the process of ordering through amazon worked, so I got in contact with customer service and received a very quick and helpful reply. I sent in my photo and received an email saying that it wasn't the best quality, but that I could choose to use it anyway, and I did, and my cutout still came out amazing! It also arrived within a few days of ordering it with no difficulties. Very smooth process and great results, I would highly reccomend.

I was very pleased with the results of my cutout! The face was a bit blurry when you look real close at it, but fine from a distance. They made me aware of this issue, which I appreciated, and let me decide if I wanted to go forward. My cutout was delivered right on time, and overall I was happy with it!
