I have to say that this was the best money I have spent in a long time! The website is accessible to even the semi-tech literate; the process is straight forward and easy to follow and the product is first class! Not only that, but it was delivered within days, in really secure packaging! The figure I got "cut out" was off my parents on their wedding day, to celebrate their 50th Anniversary...it actually brought my stereo-typical, emotions are punishable by death, Presbyterian father to tears!!! Couldn't recommend this company enough!

Couldn't recommend cutoutme.com any more! My cutout got lost (no fault of their own or the courier!) and when I phoned customer service a lovely man was so helpful and had a replacement sent out immediately! It looks amazing thank you!

Although there was a hiccup with my initial order, I cannot fault the speed of how the issue was rectified and the customer service is second to none! The cut out has now arrived in its correct form, still within a week of ordering the first time (and it has had to be re-done - with a bank holiday in between - WOW) and is AMAZING!

Absolutely fantastic, I sent a really badly taken photo, to be changed into a mask. The mask is brilliant for our hen do weekend. Ordered online, really easy to use. Was here within 2 days from me ordering and the price is amazing. A very happy customer ! ☺️

Exceptional Customer Service!!! Even though I did not receive the product I ordered (this was due to Royal Mail - Not this company) the level of customer service I received was second to none. The company refunded my promptly for my purchase and could not apologise enough for the inconvenience. A very professional outfit and will be using them again in the future.

Well I struggle to give a review on this. The seller’s communication is good, provide prompt answers and was willing to help, however I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase of a BIG PET cut out. It was an old photo which I sent to the seller asking if they could work with it. Gladly they said yes and got the cut out. Was delivered promtly and I was amazed by the picture quality they achieved thus bad photo. However it wasn’t a proper cut out as there were 2 faces and they didn’t cut out between these ?? Which was disappointing as this was a cut out and worst the back ground was not the original background of the photo and the silhouette of the faces looked unnatural and harsh . I contacted them and they explained that if they did cut out it wouldn’t stand to which I disagree as I cut out myself and stands perfectly ok. So I believe someone just forgot to do it. However the seller apologised and as good will gesture sent me another one. The efford put into the 2nd one was nil, picture quality was awful, much smaller and removed a key part of the image around the hair and they made sure It couldn’t stand as they removed all the parts to even attempt to stand it...VERY POOR REPLACEMENT...this one ended in the bin...very disappointed. In summary I truly believe the seller just missed to cut out the first order and found an excuse. If that was the case they surely would have contacted me prior to posting to inform me of it not being a proper cut out for x reasons. I am not happy with my order. I cut out the 1st image myself best I could. Not very happy of spending so much money and having to finish myself but impressed by the quality the seller achieved on the first image. The second cut out and as they called good will gesture was extremely poor quality. I guess as I have already seen what they can achieve set up my expectations but to my disappointment I had to settle with the first one. So not happy at all

Wanted a life size Gran & Grandpa for a 60th Wedding Anniversary Party. James made sure that we got the best outcome in the quickest time, even with a bit a photoshopping required.. No fuss just expert attention and prompt responses. Delivery was as described and the cut out arrived in perfect condition. It was robust and easy to unfold into position. A big hit!

Good product & delivered quickly but they didn’t address it to my friend or write ‘not to be opened until...’ (it was for their birthday) eventhough I requested it twice which was a shame
