Generally Service very good with ease of website and goods arrived extremely well packed. However on trying to pick up the goods at the drop off point, Keya News in Market Harborough I was told I needed the bar code that was emailed to me. I had taken the trouble of looking for something like this but could not find one but was able to claim the goods on producing my Driving License and a Bank Card. I have looked at emails from the suppier Etrias and can still not find a bar code.

Ordering was easy, no shipping costs to a different country were applied and the item arrived well packed in a surprisingly short time. We were informed a week after placing our order that the tent we ordered was out of stock. This means that we are now without a tent and don't have time to order another. 2 stars because everything else e.g. website and customer service were good, but frustrating to not have the item we purchased.

Great selection of products and easy to place an order. I hadn't received my order in the time specified by Etrias, I contacted their customer service department. The reply was prompt and received an apology and update of what had happened. I even received a message to say my igloo cool box was dispatched. Fantastic customer service and happy with item we received. We are going camping next week so will review the box afterwards. It's definitely what we were looking for.
