Managed to source a brand new Leatherman Juice C2 (a great, but unfortunately discontinued model) at a very reasonable price. Ordering was easy and quick, and delivery fast, efficient and on time.

Not received the product as yet, my first order for some reason was returned to sender. so I contacted customer services who raised another order, which was supposed to be delivered on 18th January, it didn't arrive, I have now received another note to say will be delivered 21st January, so I am hoping it arrives.

DO NOT USE OUTDOORSUPPLY.CO.UK. Ordered 3 weeks ago, money taken from account at time of order and still no product. Plus turns out this is not a UK company, instead goods coming from Europe via ETRIAS COMPANY and a week after ordering, Etrias told me to pay a 20% import duty fee (no mention of this on their website) to get the goods. I have repeatedly contacted the company and am fobbed off. No product, no refund. BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT USE OUTDOORSUPPLY.CO.UK.

I ordered 14 December. 28 December I emailed to cancel order as had had to buy elsewhere, but then received an email to say they'd been sent already. They arrived New Years eve. Return facility on website wasn't working. No reply yet to query, and thanks to the 52% of my countrymen who are morons who voted for Brexit, I will probably now have to pay through the nose to send them back to Holland as we are now pariahs. Hoping for a resolution soon. - UPDATE - Thanks for getting back to me quickly. Happy with how you responded.

I don’t yet have my product, despite me choosing it over other options on other sites specifically because it was advertised to arrive before Christmas. It’s now the 28th and my chest is bare and bereft of this jumper. I’ve afforded you one or two more stars than I may have done, if I wasn’t still high with the last embers of this holiday spirit.

Ordered hunters on 16th December for Xmas present didn’t receive or here anything until I emailed on the 28th to then be told they don’t have them and won’t fit a few weeks took the money on the 16th shocking avoid

Highly unusual products,a bit expensive but nonetheless ,spectacular!

Watch out. When ordering they say delivery expected within 3-5 days, but when you get the confirmation of sale it says shipping from their warehouse expected within 3-5 days which is not the same thing. In my case after 5 business days there has been no further communication from the company and no sign the order has even been shipped. So who knows how long it will take to be delivered. Really annoying, especially as companies like Amazon can deliver reliably within 24 hours even at the height of the Xmas buying season.

Excellent Dutch company, I had a problem with an Icebreaker product after a year and they refunded without question, so I immediately bought a replacement from them. Such good customer service deserves to be rewarded.

They add a lovely splash of colour when out dog walking in the muddy fields!
