Jeff quoted $925 to ship my car from west coast to east coast, well I ended up paying $1,850. I paid a $150 reservation fee about 2 months out to ensure there was an enough time for planning. Well when it came time to ship my car, they were unable to pick it up. They tried calling me to tell me that they will try to find another available driver. Essentially, they pretended as they were going back and forth with carrier. They ended up telling me that the driver can't do it any lower than $1,850 and that I have to send an additional $450 to secure spot. I needed my car so I had no choice. Once my car got delivered, I had to pay the carrier $1,250. After talking to the carrier and he informed that there was no back and forth and that he has to pay USA Car Ship $150 for the job. Word of advice, do your research and play hardball. USA Car Ship is a shady company!

It was september 1, impromptu my son decided to move back to Texas from Maryland and asked me to help him out to transport his car. After filing some info in couple website for quote I got call from agent ANNA MARTIN from "USA Carship". She quoted me for $595 with $100 initial pay. She was very upfront to me that this is estimated price but she will try to find drivers in that range. I found the price cheaper than other quote but had serious doubts on truthfulness of the verbal commitment. Agent Anna Martin keep updating me with available drivers and options for next 24 hours. Finally I opted for one which cost me $699, picked the car with in 24 hours and delivered to Texas safely September 4. Though it cost me $100 more than initial estimates, I still strongly recommend Anna Martin of "USA CarShip" for her professionalism, customer care and keeping her word. Besides she was always reachable whenever I wanted to know status of my transportation in route.

Elisa Ben is very very good, hard working, very flexible, client oriented person. she is an asset to the company. company is very lucky to have her. Agent Anna Martin helped us get our car transported safely and also in finding a best quote. The transport was quick and I received the car as expected. Appreciate her dedication and updates at every step of the process. Although there was a few bucks difference in the price, had got a quote of $545 but ended up paying $600 since there were few drivers available for a quick pick up. Which was okay and way less than the other quotes we received. I would definitely go with USA carship again.
