I will not use this USA Carship again. The company gave me a $600 quote, coerced me to sign a contract and then raised the price to $1,200. Eventually, came down to $1050. I received way to many phone calls from this company, trying to get me to ship a car. The caller is a foreigner and has a hard time communicating. The one good point is that the shipping of the car went quickly. Then, the man asked me to a give him a five-star review. I will only give an honest review.

Overall, in the end, things worked out well and got my travel trailer moved to where I needed. The company Anna found to move it were great and friendly. Agent Anna worked with me to get the best price and service possible. That said, originally was quoted $195 to do job by USA carship then the first call back after paying the $50 down which locks you in for $200 if you try to cancel, was a $500 quote to move trailer. After some haggling and unnecessary bs and several days which really encroached in deadline, finally got it for $300 move (over $100 the initial quote). In the end it was moved and glad for that but the haggling is bs and their initial quote is nothing but lies.

I worked with Erick who was very helpful in arranging the shipment of my car back home which had broken down during our trip. Henry was always available to answer questions about the pickup and delivery times of my car. The price was excellent and the delivery on schedule. My experience is different than most because unfortunately due to mechanical problems with my car I was unable to transport it. However, with that said my experience with Jacob was fantastic. He was the only person that got back to me in a timely fashion both by text and personal calls. He explained the process and business of car transportation to me and made me an educated consumer. If and when I ever transport a car it will be with Jacob. Sorry we couldn’t do business together now but to be continued.

I just had a super super excellent service from your very professional employee, Mike Ross, from start to finish he patiently helped me from picked up of my car in San Diego Ca and delivered to Ann Arbor, Michigan in a timely manner and with no surprises in fees, I paid what Mike told me.
