I worked with Henry who was very helpful in arranging the shipment of my car back home which had broken down during our trip. Henry was always available to answer questions about the pickup and delivery times of my car. The price was excellent and the delivery on schedule. I would highly recommend the company and use them again if I need another car shipped.

They showed up as promised. And followed through with making sure I received the car and everything was good. Was quoted $995.00 final cost ended up $1450.00. It was still a fair price. The car was transported from Oregon to South Carolina.

Anna Martin with USA Carship helped me get a car shipped from FL to TX. Although the price ended up being more than originally quoted she was able to come down a little. The car was picked up quickly and delivered very FAST!! I was very happy with the driver who took great care of the car and was very nice. All around the experience was good and I am happy the car was picked up and also arrived so fast to the final destination!!

Anna was the broker I worked with. First she lead me to believe the price to ship my 1996 Chevy would be $745 give or take $50. It end up being $1150. She sent the driver to the wrong location to pick up the truck and tried to pass the extra cost on to me. After fighting about that she agreed to pay split the cost of her mistake ($100) with me, this I agreed to because the shipping company was there waiting to load the truck. By the time the truck was delivered she (or this company) had not paid the shipping company the extra so the driver was not going to release the truck to us. We went ahead and paid the extra just to get the truck released to us. Finally, USA Carship paid the shipping company and we received the $50 back. Overall the experience was poor, I felt like at every turn I was getting asked for more money. The shipping company that was used was late and were not good at customer service either (Alcon Transportation).

This experience was beyond horific. Frank blew up my phone about ten times a day with back-to-back phone calls. When I was finally able to answer his calls, he explained the process through which I had genuine concerns, but he assured me that the contractual language is simply an industry standard and that if the price increased, it would be no more than $30 to $50. Against my better judgment, due to time constraints, I agreed to have USA CarShip get my son's car transported. I explained that the pick-up date was flexible, but the drop-off date was firm since my son was being dropped off at his college campus, and we were flying in and needed the car. "All good," said Frank. "That will not be a problem; I have many drivers for that route." The reviews on many other sites coincide with this so far. On the scheduled pick-up day, I received a call from Frank letting me know we have a driver, and the pick-up and delivery are all set, except now the price has more than tripled from the original quote; again, this is in perfect alignment with other reviews. I explained my displeasure, and Frank transferred me to his manager, who was, too, less than helpful, trying to pressure me to pay three times the original quote. Not budging nor entertaining this unprofessionalism, they found a driver that was still higher than the quote but not 300% more; however, the car was picked up a day later, and no guarantee of on-time delivery. Once the driver contacted me, things went smoothly; he, too, expressed his displeasure with this broker. In the end, the driver said he would do all that he could to get the car to us on time; it was a bit late, but they did a good job, vise 8:00 AM we got it and 11:00 PM, forcing us to get a rental vehicle for the day which we were hoping not to do. This was no fault of the driver, simply the poor service from USA CarShip and what appears to be their bait-and-switch tactics to get more money when the pressure is on the customer. Dealing with Frank was a horrific experience that I would wish on nobody. I would not recommend this company for any shipment for any reason. Rest assured, whatever quote you receive will be higher, so plan for that. Look at the many other sites and read the bad reviews; they speak volumes.

Anna Martin is of words. I remember when I was looking for a company to ship a car. I ended up with Anna. I remembered telling I hear a lot about brocker not been honest with their customers, and I don't want to be one those people. Her reply was no, I will walk you through all the steps, and everything that will happen. I have paid my deposit and a day as set aside for the car. Unfortunately I didn't got the chance to ship the car. Anna was calling every week to get and up date when I will be using the service. After almost 2 months I finally decided to cancel the service and she was happy to returned a portion of the payment by sending a Vaucher for $150 anytime I will be in needed of a carshiping. I appreciate her time and her commitment towards me and the the company she works for. I definitely refer Anna Martin and UsaCaship to any of my family and friends. I gave for Stars because I didn't got to use the service but I was able to communicate very well with Anna.
