I had a new car which needed transport. Robert helped me a lot to find a good driver to transport on the same day. Everything went well. Robert was accessible, polite, and responsible.

First thing: they tell you a price, book you, make you sign contract and the price will be double when they confirm a driver. The quote is no way close to what you will pay actually. They don’t mention that ever even though you have talked to them a lot of times before contract signing. They will even tell you, to work with them since other people will quote you less money and then change their price but in the end that’s exactly what they do. For me it was horrible esp because I was doing this car shipping for the first time, and while talking they make you feel heard, but they took advantage of the fact that it was my first time since I didn’t know that the price could be doubled or changed, even after confirming that they don’t do that lol. I want you all to know, the price is not the price they tell you, picking up time is not accurate either, don’t make plans believing they will do exactly like what they say. I would have preferred if they told me truth the first time so I would plan accordingly. But all they want is to book you and they will say anything for that to happen. I have cancelled and asked for refund, I’ll update here how that goes. I’m hoping at least cancellation is easy process Update: after asking to refund, Nick Rose called me and arranged a driver, I still have to pay additional $200 to the price I was first told but at least not double the amount, however, he managed the pick up same day he told would be pick up day. I am just grateful that the car is picked up and is on its way. Nick has been in touch and is updating me. 2nd update: I received my car finally. Nick did acknowledge all my problems but he surely a great job communicating progress of delivery. Besides the fact that I had to pay $200 more , I liked the service! Thanks Nick Rose!

I worked with Adam who assured me the best price of $115. Then after I paid $50 to reserve the spot, I asked for a same day tow, and Adam assured me it would happen. Then he called and said the price changed and then the tow didn’t happen same day. the driver the next day wanted $150 at completion! More than the agreed invoice I paid a reservation on. Lowell was the person Adam said was the driver but he wasn’t. So I got texts and emails from a guy named Dwayne with an invoice demanding more money via cash app. After I had paid this new unknown party, Adam blew up my phone with calls and messages to pay a female or there could be damages to my car! Talk about confusing! The tow happened. But it wasn’t for the same day or the same price I agreed to.

Harris Jason did a great job of setting up my vehicle transport. The vehicle arrived at the location without a scratch. The communication on driver delays was the only thing I would say needs improvement.

First doubled price at last minute. Then rescheduled three times with stories of needing new driver truck issues driver sick. Driver was told not to drive any distance instead they drove around 8 miles to load after they unloaded another load no tag no insurance and brakes in need of repairs. Upon delivery found that drivers front tire had been removed and not reinstalled correctly the suspension was damaged and the axel needed thousands of dollars in repairs. Mind you I received around 400 pictures from previous owner and had checked by a known mechanic prior to purchase. The vehicle left previous owner’s custody with 5 tight lug nuts on front tire one upon delivery. To this day not one ounce of response from company. Filing criminal charges against driver in two states per state attorney generals. Filing 3.2 million in fcc charges. Do not ever use this company even asked me to give a 5 star review after notifying them of damages.
