Dishonest, disorganized and liars! They confirmed me a price by e-mail (I have proof) and after a pay the reservation fee, they said the shipping company counteroffer. 500 dollars more. NEVER, NEVER do business with them.

I paid up front for transport for my 2012 scion tc my initial quote was for $775 after a few days of them not picking up my car I called back and was told by Jeff that my quote was no longer correct that it had jumped to $1850 I was pissed I ask for manager or someone in charge they gave me the run around and proceeded to say if I wanted to cancel I would loose my money .. if I could give -5 star rating I would they are a scam

Very good communication. Very fair rate for transport but total price was not what what quoted from initial contact. We do not expect someone to work for nothing and the original price was just too low. Knowing that we were very happy with our price and transport. Delivery was earlier than our original target which we appreciated. I have done nearly 10 transporta and communication is so important and I appreciated always getting quick and accurate answers. The process for paperwork was also very simple.

The absolute worst! Want to rate a zero, doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Dealt with Marcus and he lied the entire time. Quoted $775, I gave $100 deposit, then he advised driver would pick up my car on a Saturday and the driver was a no show. No one called Saturday or Sunday to communicate at all. Couldn’t reach Marcus nor anyone at the main number of the company. When I spoke with Marcus the following Monday, he said it was because he wasn’t in the office on Saturday. So, I’m supposed to be ok with that. Then he supposedly was trying to get another driver for me but the rate was now $1,400. More than $600 from what he originally quoted me. How is this company allowed to stay in business? They lowball you upfront then ask for a hell of a lot more after you place your deposit. He claimed that insurance and gas just went up so the drivers want more money. His follow up and communication were absolutely terrible. Never called when he said he would. I had to keep calling him. I have been asking for my $100 refund and have still not received it. I already got another Company to ship my car across the country. I am seeking legal counsel. Ridiculous!

Driver was on time and good exceptional service. Final shipping price was 40% higher than initial quote amount during booking.
