By Saturday morning, he had located a transporter, and by Saturday night, I had my car safe and sound, and in perfect running condition! This was far faster and more trouble free that I was expecting based on prior experience with other companies. Mr. Wilson answered my questions and got the job done saving me a lot of time, money and effort and stress.

BEWARE!! I wish I had checked out the BBB while looking for a car ship company. They are NOT BBB approved, and that is for good reason. This has been the WORST experience I have ever had with a business. Harris (Harris Jason) was the agent that I dealt with, and he basically swindled me out of $150 deposit! He quoted me one price and confirmed that the price would not change. I did research about the many companies who reached out to me after inquiring about transporting my car from Philadelphia to Arlington, TX, and I thought this company was the better of the list. Unfortunately, the day before my car was to be picked up, this Harris who called me NONSTOP BEFORE I agreed to use them and send my deposit, was all of a sudden silent. I reached out to him to see about the time of pickup, and all of a sudden $400 MORE was added to the price he quoted!! I made sure that he knew it was unacceptable, and I had to change my flights due to this!! I then let him know that I'll change the date for a pickup on 6/1 instead. Again, I did not receive a call /text on 5/31 to confirm pickup time. Instead, he sent me a TEXT about a 3pm pickup on 6/1. This was after noon on 6/1! This has been the WORST experience EVER!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Especially if you speak with Harris!! He is NOT honest and neither is this business.

USA car shipping is a great company who really cares about their customers. They try their best to get your car shipped as soon as they possibly can. My dad recently passed away and I have the car keys to his car in another state with me so car is considered inoperable but they still made it happen and found a driver. Zoe Wilson is amazing and is great with customer service. i have no complaints and will use this company again if I need a car shipped in the future.
