Did not like that our original agreement price of 495 dollars ended up costing me 700 dollars. Also I had the car delivered to me two days after first initial agreement. As it was a hot day and that the transporters unloaded the camp trailer and the car in the Las Vegas heat, I decided to give a 50 dollar tip. It would have been nice if my tires and rims were not covered with dry mud.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that the price I was quoted ended up costing hundreds more, but on the great notes Anna Martin is who helped me on a Saturday just 2 hours before they closed. When she got to work on Monday she was quick to find transport for my new motorcycle. Anna works wonders and had my motorcycle delivered to my house on Tuesday night. The person she had transport it was great he had a brand new truck and brand new cargo trailer. He took great steps to properly secure my motorcycle with soft straps. With that being said the much higher price for the driver was well worth it. Anna stayed in touch through the whole process and made a follow up call a few weeks after my delivery. She was very clear on damage polices that can occur but doesn’t happen often. Anna made my nerves calm during this process. She is amazing

This was my first time shipping a car, I had been trying for almost a month already to get my Jeep shipped to my son from Salinas, Ca to Norman, OK. I kept getting prices that were good but then the pick-up was a week plus away and they wanted a deposit. (already learned the hard way on that one) Somehow or another we crossed paths with Sam Wood @ USA Car ship. He was very understanding as to the terms I wanted and why. He was very professional while negotiating back and forth. My original quote was a bit less (by $300) than the final quote, but the reasons were explained to me and he agreed to transport it on my terms, which made us have to really trust each other. I told him I needed it asap and without handing over an arm and leg to pay for it. He called me the next morning to pick it up unfortunately I was out of town. But he came through a few short days later. He got it done, the Jeep was picked up a day earlier than scheduled, which was great for me, and it arrived in the same condition it left in 3 days later. The driver who picked it up was polite and professional as well, and stayed in contact with me and the folks on the receiving end the entire time. My experience started out just awful, all I was trying to do was help out my kid, if your a parent you know, I was struggling to get it to him when he needed it the most, not a good feeling as a parent. But thanks to Sam and his driver we got it taken care of, and quickly. Sam thank you, I know that my terms stipulated a lot of trust from you in this process and isa versa, and we appreciate that there are still good trustworthy people in the world. You made this experience just what it should be, hassle and stress-free, so thank you very much. If I ever ship again it will definitely be through Sam at USA Carship. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is I think there is room for improvement on the quotes given, but again the great customer service made up for it.
