On the whole, I am very satisfied with the entire shopping experience that Perlen provides. It has a good range of products at very good prices, it is easy to make purchases, and the packages arrive promptly in good condition. The staff are also friendly and reply to e-mail within 1 working day. I will definitely recommend Perlen to any jewellery enthusiasts out there. A couple of things that can be improved on: 1. The currency selection on the online store. It is set to GBP by default and when this is changed, the website automatically leaves the page you are on and goes to the home page. It would be good to be able to set out own default currency and not be directed to the home page whenever we change it. 2. The shopping cart empties itself after a few hours even if you are logged in. I would like the items in my cart to stay there until I decide to checkout (unless they are sold out) so that I don't have to look for them in my wishlist or navigate around the site to find them again. If these minor issues can be improved on, Perlen will become my ideal online store.

I honestly love perlen, they have unbeatable prices and a great selection. I live in the US and always choose free shipping and never had an issue- only downside is you can't choose the bead you want and communication tends to be a little slow but other than no issues

I have never had a problem with Perlenodense and would recommend them to anyone who is a fan of Trollbeads . Delivery is always quick and packaging that protects the beads from damage. The beads themselves are lovely and quite often there are good «bargains» to be had.
