My initial experience was quite disappointing as I was not aware that the free delivery are without tracking hence I did not get my purchase of dichroic clasp (no longer available) and 5 face bead. After that, have smarten up to make sure all purchases are with tracking. I would suggest that perlen still put in a tracker else free delivery non existent since the customer stand a chance of not receiving their order. Eg I made a purchase thru another online site and its free delivery but there is a tracker just not registered mail.

Lieferung war sehr schnell - innerhalb von 3 Tagen war meine Sendung da. Leider löste sich am Ring nach 1x tragen eine Perle (da hatte ich wohl von Spinning Jewelry ein Montagsmodell erwischt), der Kundendienst hat aber umgehend auf meine Reklamation reagiert und die Angelegenheit für mich zu vollster Zufriedenheit gelöst. I placed my very first order with Perlen on Monday, July 20th, 2015. I ordered a Pandora red braided leather bracelet. The price was right, free shipping was great and no conversion rate was fantastic. I had not expected to receive the order for at least a couple of weeks. What a wonderful surprise to find the package in my mailbox exactly one week to the day. Packaging was charming and the little "Perlen" candy included was reminiscent of a mint on a pillow provided by luxury hotels. Very classy! Die Abwicklung war perfekt. Die Ware kam pünktlich wie zugesagt und war sehr ordentlich verpackt. Nach Erhalt der Erstbestellung musste ich noch einmal einen Tausch vornehmen. Auch dieser lief einwandfrei. Darüber hinaus war auch die Kommunikation ausgesprochen nett, freundlich undzuverlässig. Jederzeit würde ich hier wieder einkaufen.

Butikken leverer varer af god kvalitet, som svarer til billederne og leveres hurtigt. Dog er der ingen mulighed for at sende en vare retur efter retur-fristen, selvom varen stadig er i sortimentet og man stadig har kvitteringen. Jeg skulle først give gaven et par måneder efter købet, og varen faldt ikke i modtagers smag. Men jeg kunne ikke få den byttet.

I have never had a bad experience. The one time that could have been bad they went out of their way to help me . I got a charm and the pearl was loose in the box. I sent it back and then realized I forgot to enclose the packing slip. They took care of everything. I was stressed and afraid it was lost for good but a replacement arrived. Excellent customer service.

I actually wanted to rate Perlenodense 5 stars for their fast delivery and quick email response. I ordered 8 Pandora charms, to my disappointment they sent me a wrong item, finally I requested a refund and they refunded my money within 9 days, not bad though.

Perlen exceeded my expectations! I received a prompt response when i sent an email regarding a bonus card i forgot to include.
