I really cannot find fault! The website was easy to use and payment was easy, with clear delivery options. The photos were clear and enabled me to choose exactly the beads i wanted. I ordered Wednesday pm, and my beads arrived in the UK on Saturday! I was extremely impressed with the packaging. A nice sturdy box, with another gift box inside. Most companies just send in bubble envelopes, so such care was much appreciated. The beads were stunning, and exactly as per the photos. They even enclosed a beautiful extra gift. I will most definitely purchase Trollbeads from Perlen again, and i would definitely recommend Perlen to anyone purchasing Trollbeads or any other jewellery.

Ich bestellte das erste Mal hier in diesem Shop. Bestellablauf ? Service ? Ware ? Ich habe , bis auf Bestellbestätigung, keinerlei Informationen bekommen. Nun diese Mail. Ich machte mir schon seit 2 Tagen Gedanken, ob das alles so richtig ist ? Haben sie meine Ware überhaupt verschickt ? Eigentlich kann ich zur Zeit noch gar keinen Stern geben, da dieses "Kauferlebnis" noch nicht beendet ist. Ich warte nun auf eine Antwort vom Unternehmen - Nachdem ich diese Bewertung geschrieben hatte, bekam ich 3 Tage später Mails zur Abwicklung und am 4. Tage war die Ware da. Letztendlich hat es 2 Wochen gedauert bis die Ware in meinen Händen war. Die Ware (3 Ringe von Spinning) ist super, da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Bought the two-tone dragon charm. Love it. They did not carry this in Vancouver, BC. But the pandora store told me to look at the Perlen website as she said that some charms are only specific to certain regions. Saw this charm on the Perlen website and it was on sale which is even better. Did not take long to ship to Canada. Thanks Perlen for such good customer service.
