I've received all my items pretty fast even though I have choosen the normal mail delivery. The items are all well packed.

I'm so glad they added more countries to the delivery list and also gave the option of free shipping! Some of the charms are limited though, eg Chamilia and some Pandora and OHM... but the plus is that they also have discontinued Pandora charms as well. Service is great and all my emails are replied to promptly. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this site to my friends!

There are so many exclusives/brands that are unavailable to me in the US, and Perlen has helped me to build an amazing collection. My only request is that the minimum spend for free trackable shipping be lowered (like approximately $100 US). I really like the comfort of being able to know when I will receive an item. If this happened, I would be even more of a Perlen addict than I already am!!
