Moved from Edinburgh back to California. They quoted me a fantastic price and were available for help or questions throughout the process. They actually dedicate people to each move and I had two, who were both informative and very quick to respond to questions.

DROPPED BOXES OFF AS ARRANGED. uSEFUL IF THERE HAD BEEN SIGNAGE AT ENTRANCE OF THE ESTATE AS TO LOCATION.

I contacted them as I had a major issue with a fellow shipping company called ReloUK. PSS were accommodating and happy to help resolve my issues promptly.

I moved to Australia last year in October, my shipment left on the 27th of September and was told it would be with me before Xmas …. It didn’t leave England till the mid November and when it did arrive, half my belongings were missing. Got all boxes but a lot of stuff gone e.g. tools, consoles , silver coins , hair dresser bag with equipment the list goes on and because the boxes arrived although half empty, we cannot claim anything back . £2000 plus and my children baby pics ( on old phone ) just gone in a blink. They tried to blame Australia ports but they have 24/7 cameras but PSS don’t have a single one….. do not use them and I’m happy to give the shipment details and the emails if anyone is interested They have responded with a soulless response and I have contacted them the minute my stuff arrived and pss by email saying “ it’s not our fault. Must be Australia’s “ but as I’ve stated , it was under 24/7 camera footage the whole time when it landed not before …. People please go somewhere else .

Amazing service! Lovely guys who came to do the packing were so friendly and professional. Got the job done with no hassle what so ever. Fastest but careful with all our belongings. Everything has been explained. It’s been easy to get ahold of people and everyone has been so helpful and happy to answer any questions we have had during the entire process!

We entrusted Hong Kong's Asian Express International Movers Ltd to transport 60 boxes of household goods to the UK. After the goods were put on the ship, PSS International Removals from the UK contacted and updated us the status. The staff has quick responded to my enquiry. The moving staff arrived my home on time. They were very helpful with polite manner and careful in placing our items as required. When I opened the carton, I was happy to see that all the items were intact. Thank you very much for your service.

So far the service has been great. From initial quotations through to the custom forms (make sure you have a printer) to the guys who came and packed. They took such care with all of my items and were a delight to have in the flat. All I can say is sorry to them for having to run up and down 2 flights of stairs
