I don’t understand how this company has any good reviews. My furniture arrived smashed due to how poorly it was packed and now they are looking for all means to not pay out even tho I took out insurance. Never using them again.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Extremely unprofessional staff, office staff rude, unhelpful and very slow to respond. Packers packed furniture poorly and scratched several items, failed to pack others specified pieces. Shipment delayed almost a year with no explanation nor updates. Would definitely avoid using them.

Mike and Nick were awesome and very efficient and organised. So efficient in fact that they packed some things that we didnt need shipped, including the cling wrap and padlocks for our 6 suitcases ha!!

Very efficient team, dealt with our items very quickly and with due care and attention. Great packaging used and all items clearly labelled. They were also moving furniture and there was no damage to the house at all. Would definitely recommend to others.

Absolutely awful experience. We paid them 2635 pounds, then cancelled the removal. They said they charge us 1180 pounds! Given the fact that they have not done any work, didn't collect furniture, never came to the house, they want to charge 45%!!!! I wrote several emails, provided with the bank account details so they can send at least what they agree to give us back - suddenly, they stopped communicating. So no money is paid back, no official complaint form provided, no answer if they are members of a trade association. They just keep the money and do not reply to our emails. Thanks God, we cancelled the removal and they didn't get to hostage our furniture as well. Feel that these guys just do what they want and are only interested in getting your money.

Very polite and efficient.

Right from the very start with the initial survey PSS we’re so efficient & so professional with organising our move to Australia. We had a few quotes/survey’s from other removal companies but they failed to supply the important & necessary information required for customs which could have incurred more un-necessary costs to us further down the line. Also the final quote from PSS came in £2000 cheaper than the other companies! With PSS you are given a one on one point of contact..we had Helen who talked us through absolutely everything including a minefield of paperwork! Helen you were brilliant so thank you sooo much you were so friendly & so reassuring with every aspect of our move. The removal chaps were FANTASTIC to say the least…again nothing too much trouble..my husband was away at the time of packing the household contents so it was quite a stressful time for me but I shouldn’t have stressed as it was all so stress free & painless….so professional, courteous & such happy chaps, I can’t sing their praises enough.they were brilliant! Thank you PSS for making our move to Australia simply STRESS FREE!!
