It all arrived and was packed and delivered by friendly efficient people, would have like it sooner but was not essential.

Everyone at PSS has been fantastic. Great communication with the office, accurate quote and fantastic efficient packers. They made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Awful service start to finish. Shipment was advertised to take 8-12 weeks…took 5 months. Extra costs not made clear. TV arrived smashed and they had not added to insurance list. Packages were all damaged. Awful, avoid

Although I was actually in Spain when Mark, Andrew and Liam picked up my furniture from the UK, my neighbours told me they were extremely polite and very helpful. There were several pieces which I thought would be brought over, however they gave clear reasons as to why this wouldn’t be the case, and even checked with Head Office on a couple of points. They couldn’t have done anymore and I really appreciate their help

PSS are experienced and reliable, and I have every good faith in them as I have used their services to move a whole household of effects to New Zealand in the past. More recently we used PSS to ship part of household effects from a different house again to New Zealand.

Expected delivery date was fairly accurate. Good communication. Delivery guys were pleasant and helpful in distributing the boxes etc. no damage/missing items to my knowledge

Very worst service from this shipping company. They have lost our bag before even shipping and shows no interest in compensation. Instead ask for more payment after the boxes has been sent to them. While the quote didn’t mention any of those cost. Been more than 1.5 months, still have no update on the shipment of package. I dont know how long they will take for delivery.
