I'm making this review based on the process leading up to collection. I had a really good experience with PSS. Their associates were very responsive and managed to schedule my move despite a very short timeline. The estimates provided were very cost effective, especially compared to other movers. One thing I will note is the estimate does not include some charges for protection cover, so expect to pay £100-200 extra (even with this, I found PSS to be more affordable than alternatives). The collection process was very smooth, with the movers coming in and efficiently packing everything up. I was actually surprised by how quick (but also careful/methodical) they were! :)

We would not recommend this company to others moving a family from the UK to NZ. We have had items packed that shouldn’t be even though we were onsite and requested these items to not be packed. Volumes stating we have a children’s desk of 9m long. Despite many times trying to question their volumes taking we have had push back that they are correct. They have no understanding of volumes in the office. They held us to ransom stating they would not ship out goods out of the UK if we disputed the measurements and we would be charged for storage (we have already arrived in NZ, when they threatened this). The two people in the office we have dealt with I would not ever recommend again. They wanted us to sign up with them and as soon as they have had our money they have had the worst customer service we have ever experienced.

I was getting answers to my questions very fast. I had many questions and the person who was helping me, answered all of them and was polite all the time.

They did a great job. Super efficient and considerate. Made me feel very confident Hope they are as great on the US side

Well, despite PSS's comments and statements to previous complaints where they gave us an estimate of 5 weeks to 9 weeks for arrival of our shipment... the lies continue to reveal themselves. The promised 9 weeks has now turned into 13 weeks and still no sign of receiving our shipment. This company is so fraudulent and lies about everything! Do not use them. Christopher Columbus and the technology he had in 1492 would have been more reliable at getting our stuff from across the pond. PSS International Removals....worst company ever award.

They put their back into delivering on time after a slow start. Leigh, lined up the necessary channels. Allowing an 86 year old to enjoy her surprise birthday gift.

Very good experience with PSS. They were giving me clear instructions step by step from beginning, relay the job between their staff (made me a bit confused sometimes on who to follow though). The collection/packing staff were especially polite and professional, packing every thing carefully, neatly, and promptly. Good start so far when all items collected away from London. It still has 18000+ kilometres to go to get to my home in Auckland New Zealand. Hope it will be a smooth track-able journey, and not take too long time after collection on 17 Dec 2024.

From the quote and set up these guys walked me through the entire process. Communication was first class and every querie, worry or question were quickly eased with just a phone call or email. Service at the delivery end was flawless also arriving early and quickly unloading placing item in each room as required the guys were great even asking if there was anything else I needed moved around once everything was inside. Total professionalism start to finish from price to execution flawless!

Great customer care received from Austin Young and Charlie Bambrough. Few hiccups with DHL not delivering when they said they would, however pick up of boxes for sea freight went very smoothly.. now we wait and see how long it takes them to get to DXB. Air freight next also through PSS...

Quick, easy service. Squeezed me in quite last minute which was wonderful and came during the morning which I requested, but wasn’t guaranteed, so that was hugely appreciated.

It was a difficult assignment a three story house plus a cellar -- and stuff to be moved from each floor, packed, labelled, lifted outside. Some heavy loads, The two man crew were superb. I wasn't a great director and already exhausted when they arrived. I've been dealing with a bereavement. They were patient and accomodating. Top marks.
