Good communications. A quick turn around with answers for all emails sent with questions. For those where this is there first move abroad, they provide a great package of info. A representative was sent out to view and estimate size of container needed for shipment. The packers arrived on time and were very knowledgeable of how to pack and secure items to prevent damage. Overall we were very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great communication with Charlie in the office and Neil who came to pick up the packages was also a great guy. The process from getting a quote, to having the items collect was clear and straightforward- I feel as well that their rates are reasonable and the company is not price gouging its customers - would recommend !

Overall a positive experience. The initial enquiry was easy & they were very responsive. Survey was completed in a timely manner. When my account then was passed over to an account manager it seemed I had a few people contacting me rather than just one account manager, which confused some things and I felt there was some areas of miscommunication, however quickly rectified and very responsive to messages. The crew that picked up my possessions, couldn’t have been better, courteous, polite, worked quickly, no fuss and handled everything. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service

We recently engaged PSS to complete our move from the UK to Australia. An online quotation was completed, with video of all property. A price was then provided and paid in full prior to commencement. The packing service was good and was completed efficiently, pleasingly there was no breakages upon arrival even with the most fragile items. The goods arrived within the timeframe provided and from an operational perspective the service was good. However, unfortunately while the goods were in transit we were presented with two sets of additional costs. Firstly a week prior to anticipated delivery PSS issued an invoice requiring additional payment of cira 400GBP for an alleged increase in volume at packing. No notification was provided at the time of packing (some 4 weeks earlier), and PSS were unable to substantiate the additional volume alleged (note no increase in container size). While seeking additional information it was repeatedly stated by PSS that our goods would be withheld if payment was not made. We felt we had little option but to make a payment out of concern for our good, and eventually we negotiated a reduced payment of circa 200GBP. In addition, upon arrival the local delivery partner advised of port fees. While the port fees were excluded from PSS's quote, PSS did provide a guide, and the final cost was almost double the guide provided by PSS. The local provider evidenced that the port fee charged was known and stipulated to them by PSS.

Timely pick up

Charlie and hamish were great at giving me all the necessary information to have my luggage sent over to Sydney . They were very helpful and kept me up to date with the process very happy with the service given.
