I ordered a new set of golf clubs for my father in January. Upon purchasing I emailed the business and had a response from Martin who reassured me I would receive the clubs within the 4 weeks I needed them for (birthday present). I had no update from them for nearly 2 weeks, and when I did email them I was advised that the clubs were delayed and would I like a refund. I asked what the delay was for and was given the same excuse as everyone else recently..BREXIT! It is really strange that this seems to of only effected this business as I placed a different order with Desenio (another swedish company) and received my goods within 5 days. I still had 2 weeks until my fathers birthday so thought I should just sit tight and was offered reassurance that the clubs would arrive in plenty of time. I am now 4 weeks later and still no clubs and they are now sat in Denmark, GREAT! I read a couple of reviews on here about this business and thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, however this was a massive mistake. I genuinly dont believe my order exists! Terrible business, terrible service and I will continue to leave reviews wherever I can to ensure not one more person in the UK has to have this experience! I have now given notice that I want a refund, but I cant say I am confident I will get this anytime soon! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ROGUE TRADER!!!

I never actually received my order. Ordered November 2020 and by February 2021 I had still not received my order. Really disappointing from NordicaGolf

When ordered, my email said I would receive within 1 week. Six weeks later I still haven’t received my items which the tracked items show as still being in a different country. After contacting their customer services they eventually agreed to recall the item and give me a refund - that was two weeks ago and I still have no refund and the “helpful” customer services are no longer responding to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT.

Absolutely awful customer service, I can’t believe the excuses and lies that come out of this company My latest email gave me a link to tracker that says the item ordered is still not sent and the message on the site reads that they now can’t find it Please heed this warning when ordering from this site I fear I have been scammed and the next few months I will be fighting to get my money back

Please please do not use this company I am still waiting on an email back let alone the Optishot 2 I ordered Absolutely appalling customer service and would not recommend at all. Only wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. Got a horrible feeling it’s a scam and I’m going to struggle to get my money back. Companies like this make me sick

Ordered and paid for two driver shafts 7th December. Had numerous emails promising delivery soon but still nothing on 23rd January.

Bought a new iron online on Christmas Day as a gift to myself and received confirmation of despatch on 28/12. Still waiting for delivery (22/01) and being fobbed off with the Brexit excuse. Maybe they should use a decent delivery company. Poor to say the least.

Ordered a swingweight scale, wasn’t told it was on back order until after a week I enquired to see where my order was. I then subsequently asked for a refund and have been fobbed off ever since being told “It takes 2 business days” then told it had been sent but STILL awaiting the refund, now 5 days after I requested it!

Disappointed with delivery. I ordered a shaft between Christmas & new year so expected dispatch to be around Jan 4th once back at work. I emailed and was told it would be shipped on the 4th..Great. Shipping did not update all week so emailed again to see if it had been dispatched and was told, due to Brexit, there might be a delay in shipping. Asked for a refund as we have no idea when Brexit issues will be resolved and was told I could not have a refund as the shipping company had collected the item. The order has been "in transit" since 8th Jan with an expected delivery date of 15th Jan. Had there been some warning on the website regarding delayed shipping I would not have purchased from NG as I have a customer waiting for their new putter.

My order has been placed for more than two weeks but I am yet to hear from the merchant about the status of the order. It’s quite disappointing that there is no news nor status update l even just to inform me some of the items that could take time to prepare.

Absolutely dreadful service - beware all returns go back to Sweden - nowhere stated in their T&C. Cost me a fortune - the simulator is also not compatible with all mediums ! Worst online company I have ever used.

I ordered a golf trolley. Which I was aware was out of stock. I emailed and had a swift reply telling me when it was coming into stock. It arrived after a week which was great to say it’s been shipped from abroad during this climate. Very happy with the product and service 🏌🏻🙌🏻👍. I will be buying from them again!
