Received my shoes in no time and exactly what I ordered with no hassles

Commutations about order was very poor, when’d I called them, they were reall good to deal with, email, not so much I looked at logo’s proof, before they where printed on hard hat, they looked good, but when I received my order, logo’s were smaller than I expected. I was a little disappointed when my order finally arrived.

I ordered a pair of boots, the came earlier than expected, the right pair just like the ones ordered. Very happy with the transaction, since this shoes are not available in California

Needed my order but discountsafteygear canceled it after I paid. They sent me email I would need to cancel order, because they would only ship one pair out of the 40 or so that I ordered, and still charge full shipping. This is after taking full payment for order. Then continue to email asking to rate the delivery of order they didn't have, and I never received.

Order didn’t show up. It was ordered a month in advance of when I needed it. When I called to find out where my items were, they didn’t know. Said well it looks like it’s lost. they offered to reship them again, using the same terrible method that didn’t work previously. Refused to expedite the items to help me meet my deadline, even though i had ordered way in advance the first time. I was forced to settle for a refund, and source the items elsewhere. A little customer service would’ve gonna long way to earning a repeat customer.

I'm glad I found this company. I bought quality gloves for almost half the price I could find anywhere else. After my order, I received an email stating what I ordered was out of stock but they gave me options to choose other gloves without changing the price. I truly appreciate the customer service and pricing. This is where my future orders will be!!
