My order was cancelled without further explanation

My item was on backorder for about a month which I knew when I placed order. That time came and now states backorder for 4 more months. I hope to receive my item since I paid for it when originally ordered!

The item I bought was missing during shipment

The website is easy to navigate and information is good to help make choices. I ended up with a backorder but the follow up from the company was great to make sure it was taken care of. Satisfied with all the products ordered and very satisfied with the prices.

The gear came quickly and was a great deal. My husband goes through work boots very quickly, so it gets very expensive to constantly replace them. They have a great price for the boots, but still good quality! My husband loves the boots and is very happy.

It is hard getting support with my order. There is no follow through

We had an issue (on our end) with getting the order in on the website. I called up and spoke to a gentleman who walked us through the whole process in five minutes, and now we are happily waiting for our materials. Thanks for the help DiscountSafetyGear!!!

I was really looking forward to receiving my item, but unfortunately, it never arrived. I checked with the delivery company, and they couldn't provide any helpful information. I'm quite disappointed with the service and the fact that I never got my purchase.
