My only complaint is that the boxes of the 4.5ml gloves I got have no perforated opening. The gloves are working perfectly fine.

I like the products and the pricing. What I didn’t like was the time it took to get to me. I was told a week but it took 2 weeks. That is unacceptable.

I put my order in months ago. I’ve had no response to request as to why I am not getting the order. I’ve ordered from you two other times with no problem. I don’t know why you bother with these surveys because I’ve already gone through this.

The gloves fit my hands,

The hat came out great - however when I went to place an order for more they tacked on an additional $50 saying it was a low quantity - I pointed out that their website states no minimum required and nowhere does it say if you order a small amount you will be charged.

I have ordered a few times and have had great service and the product is exactly what was expected. Great company to do business with.

The boots I ordered were out of stock, this was not noted on the website. I was shopping third party sellers because I know Timberland does not produce these in my size anymore (men's 6), but sober sellers still have stock. Nearly 3 WEEKS later, I finally received email telling they were on backorder, and I could continue to wait, or cancel. They will never be restocked, due to the size being discontinued, so the former should not be an option. I opted to cancel (obviously), and requested to be sent a confirmation of the cancellation, which I never received. Terrible customer service. Totally understandable that the size is out of stock, but a LOT could have been done to prevent me waiting 3 weeks for work boots that I'm never going to receive.

The timberland boots were nice. I know that one thing, I must say it has good quality for an affordable price.
