Great Job on shipping in a timely manner

So far my experience has been extremely poor. Places an order 10/20 and as of today it has not shipped. After following up 3 times I was told that it will ship 3-5 more days. Extremely disappointing with this process and lack of customer service and providing information on my order. Hoping I receive my order soon or I will have to cancel and then wait for a refund that. Old take another 3 weeks.

The pant that you gave me in the size 38 but it's like 3-4 inch short and you won't let me return.

I received no merchandise. It was on back order until November 8; but I had to call on the 10th or 11th asking questions. So I cancelled the order.

Worst Customer Service! How you stay in business with the folks you have at your customer service, is beyond me. I paid nearly $90 for expedited shipping. Was told I would have my items in two days. I set my sights on three, to manage my expectations. I got my package in Seven (7!) days! I reached out to Customer Service and they couldn't even take the time to respond in full sentences. Zero help. Absolutely RUDE. Never again.
