Then, when I tried to cancel the order they told me they had already printed it. To top it off they delivered to the wrong address! Absolute nightmare. Avoid.

United Kingdom | 12 May 2016This was not a trouble free purchase but we got there in the end. My original order on the website did not go through, but the web site did not make this clear, rather it just hung. I emailed to check and then phoned and my order was found and I paid via the phone. Nothing happened for 2-3 weeks and when I phoned it appeared my order had been lost. I resubmitted the picture and dimensions by email and received the delivery with no further contact from Wallpaper Ink letting me know it was on its way. It was the wrong size so I phoned to explain this and a new picture was sent again without any contact to say it was on its way. Thankfully this was the right size and looks really great now it is installed. The only slight criticism from the installer was that the roll edges show white on the overlap and this may be the result of how the rolls are cut originally.

United Kingdom | 25 April 2016I recently purchased a mural from this company just before the birth of our daughter to fit with the theme of her nursery. I already have a mural in one of our downstairs reception rooms that I bought from another company (photowall) and they are fantastic as are there reviews on trustpilot so am really kicking myself that I got duped by this business as I am generally a pretty savvy online shopper. The purchase process was actually reasonably painless although the delivery time of two weeks seemed extreme we were to busy getting ready for our little ones arrival to care to much. It finally arrived and we had contracted a decorator who has been in the trade for 30 years and had fitted these in show homes across the country for big home builders. On arrival it was far to tightly stuffed in the tube and the edges were damaged slightly, it also came without any hanging instructions but this decorator knew what he was doing and said he would be able to make it work as he was already there and I really didn't want to have to mess around waiting any longer and could trim the edges. Not ideal but we would make it work. He hung the paper and when we went to look at it we couldn't believe how poor the quality of the image was, the lovely crisp image on the website was nothing like this. It was incredibly blurry and it looked like a small low resolution image had been blown up far bigger than it should have ever been or the printer had smudged whilst printing on the paper. Everyone who has seen it is shocked by how bad it is which wasn't the reaction we wanted from people. We are incredibly disappointed and have raised a dispute to have our money returned via paypal as when we contacted the seller they made no effort to respond whatsoever. We now have no option but to rip this off the wall and purchase from photowall again. Whilst they don't have this particular image I would much rather compromise and choose another knowing that they know what they are doing. Steer clear folks please don't make the same mistake we did and check online companies out before spending your money, smart websites don't always mean smart products.

United Kingdom | 25 August 2015We received an order in the correct timeframe. The unique instructions provided were incorrect so we had to return the wallpaper (at our own expense). Unable to reach anyone via phone. Once we had returned the wallpaper all emails went unanswered. I luckily paid via PayPal so started a resolution/dispute. They lied to PayPal claiming they had sent another order, which they refused to prove and also provided PayPal with a different address to the one on their website (and the address they provided for the return) so trying to claim I hadn't returned the original order. I received a refund via PayPal but had to suffer the cost of the return. Avoid using this company. Unacceptable service.

United Kingdom | 01 July 2015Me and my fiancé got dazed with the good variety, quality/price wall murals and pictures, our favourite is Cities & Landmarks collection. Such good definition ordered one for our lounge room... WOW... already thinking one for kitchen and rooms. The delivery went with no issues, fast with friendly customer service. Without a doubt recommend it to anyone that wants to give a twist on any house area...we love just love it!

We have been waiting for this wallpaper for over two month and the seller didn't bother to replay to any correspondence or calls. JUST AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE STRESS AND SAVE MONEY AND TIME.

United Kingdom | 12 March 2015Bought a voucher at a trade fair (Ideal Home Show), when I try to use it on their website it doesn't work. Tried to EMAIL them and ring them and no answer. The 0800 number was saying they were closed for Christmas, in March!. Their direct pone number published on the website "doesn't accept incoming calls". Avoid like the plague.

United Kingdom | 27 January 2015I ordered a Christmas present for my wife from Wallpaper Ink and paid for it on December 14th. With a 10 day delivery I took no chances and paid extra to ensure a delivery in time for Christmas. Nothing arrived. I left numerous phone messages and emails and received no response. I tweeted my frustration and they emailed me to say my order had been dispatched (Jan 7th). I received nothing and emailed. They emailed me to ask which address I wanted my order sent to (Jan 12th). I received nothing. I phoned and emailed and was ignored. The free phone number on the web site says they are closed for Christmas (at the end of January). I have now taken advice and sent a letter, recorded delivery, to point out they are in breech of contract and given them 14 days to respond. What shocking service from a company that has such a great front through their website and Facebook. Scott Evans, I am most unimpressed. I would give zero stars if I could!

They asked, if I would write about their products, and we made a deal: I would host a giveaway on my blog showing Wallpaper Ink's products and the company would sponsor a wall mural. But when the winner was found, the company wouldn't give the winner her prize. I ended up buying the winner a wall mural out of my own pocket (from another company), so my dealings with this company have been disappointing and expensive.

United Kingdom | 03 April 2014I ordered my paper on 11th March, after two phone calls and two emails from me, I finally received a confirmation of my order 20 days later. I was given the excuse of high staff turnover and big orders as the cause for the delay. The paper finally arrived today, 2nd April - it has been stuffed into a tube too small for it, which I won't be able to remove it from without damaging it. It is has also burst open at the top (too much paper in too small a tube), and the edges at both ends are so damaged, that even if I get it out of the tube I don't see how it will be fit to hang. From what I can tell, the paper quality is very thin. When I phone, I get through to a very dodgy sounding mobile phone answer machine. I fear I have lost my money and been totally taken for a ride. I have emailed asking for this situation to be resolved and will keep you posted on how they deal with it.
