The delivery for my custom mural took about a week but when it arrived it looked amazing and it was printed just like the photo I sent to them. I wanted to get it done quickly so I hired someone to do it but it had clear instructions on how to do it yourself. Would definitely buy from them again.

Worse company ever to use, not only took our money but don’t have the audacity to even reply to emails, phones or chat.. Be aware people this business is going down hill and ripping people off!

I have now cancelled my order - although I do not know if they have received this instruction as the phoneline goes to answerphone, the emails get bounced back from the server and the support chat does not exist. I have no idea what is happening but can only think that this company is a scam

Well impressed, 6 yr old delighted with his wall mural

A few months ago I ordered a deep space mural for my son's bedroom wall, and bitterly regret it, as WallpaperInk's service has been inadequate in just about every respect. Firstly the wallpaper arrived after 17 days, rather than the promised 5-10, which ruined our plans of doing the work when I had holiday booked. No-one answered the phone when we were chasing this up until 15 days after the original order - the man who answered simply said he'd been on holiday(!). Worse was to come when we tried to put it up though, as after nearly 2 days of struggling, we realised we hadn't been sent 'spray-up' wallpaper as advertised, but a different kind of self-adhesive wallpaper which - rather than spraying the wall and sticking up required you to completely immerse the paper in water. Admittedly there were some (very faded) instructions that we found later inside the wallpaper explaining this, but we were expecting to receive what was advertised, and had already checked the instruction video on the website so we thought we had it covered. Once things went wrong we called Wallpaper Ink several times during this process with no answer or callback, so by the time we realised the error it was too late. Since then we have registered several complaints with them and have been ignored in each case, so we are going to have to take them to court, and look at further ways to publicise that - contrary to the flash website, this is an deceiving, incompetent company who seem to show no interest in you once they have your money.

After viewing the rating of 4 stars "great" from trust pilot online we didn't think twice about deciding to order two wallpaper murals from wallpaperink.co.uk for our walls. We paid £272.75 for the two large wallpaper murals after deciding to go for the "medium" quality. They took a few weeks to arrive but we understand things of this size sometimes take time. After hiring a professional decorator to put the wall murals up for us we went out for a few hours whilst the decorator did his job. An hour later we got a phone call for us to return as the decorator said he couldn't carry on with the job as the "Wallpaper" Murals were not fit for purpose and had leaked ink all over our white walls as well as bubbled all over when he tried to fix to walls. We were extremely disappointed with this and when we tried to contact Wallpaper Ink for assistance they were very difficult to get a hold of. Eventually, after an hour or so of constant phone calls i got through to a man who was extremely short and insistent that we must take pictures and email them through for them to be able to do anything to help. We had taken pictures right away so emailed them through and a week later, still no response. I phoned and phoned again and eventually got though to ask for a returns address for a refund. ( one wall mural was fully intact as hadn't been taken out the tube due to the other one being faulty so surely a refund for that at the very least!) I was told again to email them again so i did and got a reply simply with an address and no other wording. I thought this was very unprofessional. I replied to this email to say thank you for sending the returns address and wanted to double check that i would get an email acknowledgement once they received the faulty murals. I was replied to in a more friendly manner this time assuring me that i would get this acknowledgement email. This was on the 29th May 2019 and it is now the 13th July 2019. I have emailed and phoned so many times to give them a chance but have had absolutely zero response. The most frustrating thing is that we are a charity organisation that had fundraised to get these old pictures up as "wall murals" for public display and we are out of pocket. I have been very civil and explained this to Wallpaper Ink many times but they have completely ignored all correspondence. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE that this company will rip you off and i really cannot understand how they can get away with this and still be trading! We have lost this money and don't want it to happen to others thinking this company is "great" with there 4 Trust pilot stars, they are not!

Fabulous mural look absolutely stunning

My wall mural was delivered within a few weeks, perfectly packed in a large cardboard tube, it even came with paste and a craft knife, which I thought was a nice touch, instructions and on the back of each strip it was marked which strip went where.. I am so pleased with it as it looks amazing, it wasn’t the easiest to put up so I would recommend you get the experts to do it ! Having said that it’s only the 3rd time my partner and I have had a shot at putting wallpaper on.. so we didn’t do too bad. Even though our stress levels were through the roof!? The only negative I would have is, it’s a shame there has to be a slight overlap on each strip, this is so you can match up the pattern. In certain light it stands out but other than that I’m very pleased with it .. I wish I could post a picture so you could see the effect.

Order took longer than expected to arrive but worth the wait. Thought it would be 2-3 days but was 10 days. Arrived well packaged in a heavy card tube. Serious misuse of the parcel would have been required to damage it, very well protected & secure. Paper much wider than a standard roll- probably twice the width. All pre-cut and numbered on the back so you know which order to hang to create the picture. we chose the higher grade which was very thick. Included a scalpel to cut edges. Instructions said pre-pasted paper & to soak to activate glue. We've had previous issues with this technique so pasted the wall. For us this worked very well and we were still able to slide & manipulate the paper. Paper butted up well but we did note in small areas a line was visible- print missing on very edge only. This didn't impede or spoil the overall effect so no reasons to complain or take issue. Overall we are very satisfied and the new York skyline looks stunning. We would purchase again and also recommend this company.

I haven’t put my wallpaper on yet as my wall isn’t quite ready. But I have had a look at it and it looks amazing. I will definitely order again when I do another room

Hardest part was picking our mural! After ordering it arrived in around 8 days. Easy up! And looks absolutely fabulous! You get what you pay for! Really pleased! Thank you.
