United Kingdom | 14 May 2017Like others who have left reviews i got ripped off with poor quality print and no communication from company. I have £170 worth of paper i can do nothing with. You are lucky if you are the odd ones who receive a decent print but this company was dissolved (see companies house) and i imagine just flogging whatever they can for a quick buck. They are criminal taking money off of people with such terrible quality products and then run and hide when you confront them. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Don't even take a punt as you'll lose hundreds!

United Kingdom | 09 May 2017Deceitful company who advertise a premium product - Ahlstrom EasyLife Spray & Up - then ship a substandard wallpaper which experienced tradesman could not hang. False advertising and mis-labelling your produce contravenes consumer law. This website is to be avoided at all costs. They also deliberately refuse to response to customer questions or complaints as per the many bad reviews. The good ones seem to be being left by the company owner.

Took payment over phone and said will be printed on 7th and with me the next day. Banner arrived two weeks later and they say they closed all week, so nothing being sent out until 18th when I managed to contact them via their online chat. United Kingdom | 23 March 2017Spent a fortune ordering 3 wall murals and paid extra for delivery within 3-5 days. Called up on the Thursday 5 days later, recieved an apology and advised they would print on Monday and will pay for next day delivery so they would arrive on the Tuesday. There was no offer of a refund due to failing to deliver within the timeframe. I read bad reviews on Trust pilot over the weekend and then I spent an entire morning trying to call them and the phone never being answered on the Monday so that I could get confirmation that they were actually going to deliver! (despite it showing up as 'busy' on one occasion so i knew they were there). Alas the murals DID NOT arrive on the Tuesday and as such I had no choice but to order again with another website as my decorators had prepped the walls and were ready to hang paper. Order processed with the new company (Mr Perswall, who were absolutely fantastic may I add!), and in transit when low and behold the wallpapers arrive on the Thursday! (By this time I had put a claim in with my credit card company). The print was ok, but the quality of the wallpaper was poor. The prints were all done side by side so some of one picture was on the same sheet of another which was just bad! Add to that the sticker or sellotape used to keep them in rolls had atually got stuck to the picture of another print and ripped it and I was furious! The other murals turned up and the difference in quality was very noticeable. I will never use this company again, and I have basically been robbed of £500. I will not be able to return them and they are of no use to me. Great...

It is now 8th March. The delivery promised was 5-10 days. Despite an email from me politely asking for an update I've heard nothing. I obviously can't comment on the actual product as I haven't received it.

Appalling customer service despite knowing original image was not of a higher enough quality to be used. No refund given & wish I had read reviews before hand. United Kingdom | 16 January 2017The images on the website in no way reflect the poor quality product that you will be given. The colours are not as vibrant and they use small print to stop refunds. "1.13 - Computer monitors vary and will show different colour variations to the actual print that you receive. Due to this matter we are unable to refund or reprint." I've used different tablets, monitors and laptops and the image for the image on their website and they all look the same which implies it is a Photoshop image of a small canvas picture with furniture reduced in size to show a larger mural in the background, but a far throw from the pastel colours what they actually print. They also use "1.12 - Before wallpaper is printed, the image is enlarged and can mean that pixelation or mottled effects can occur. We highly recommend requesting a sample if you are unsure of the image quality. We cannot refund or reprint wallpapers due to these effects". Again, even if a sample was requested it would not necessarily show the extent of pixelation or mottled affects as they could (and expect would) easily select a piece where precision or clear straight lines are not required, again misrepresenting the poor quality of the murals actually printed and delivered. Please do not use this company and be out of pocket by hundreds of pounds as I was.

Company originally advised of delivery a few days after that window which would still have been ok. Except they didn't arrive and since then the company has not bothered to respond to any communications. I have since had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back and whilst in that process the goods were shipped some three weeks after originally ordered but again - no response from the company. No professionalism involved. I have advised PayPal that I will be rejecting the goods as no longer required and seeking my money back. Completely unprofessional outfit. Please don't trust your order to a company who will not even bother to respond to you.

China | 21 October 2016I wanted a Disney Frozen wall mural for my daughters bedroom which is being redecorated. I saw the website which is very proffessional and works well, everything you could want. The order process was easy and went very well. This is when the problems started, as soon as humans were involved. I believe that the delivery time was 3 - 5 days, after 15 days, (redecorating on hold now), I e-mailed, no response, the next day I left a message on the site and e-mailed again, no response, the day after I e-mailed again, left a message on the site again and rang the telephone number several times, each time I got the unobtainable tone. At this point, 2 messages, 3 e-mails and a half dozen attempts by telephone with no answer, and, bearing in mind that payment had been taken from my account on the first day of making the order, I consulted a solicitor. I was advised to notify them that they had 14 days to supply the goods or a full refund, which I did, at the time I was working nights and sent the e-mail at 02:30 am. At 03:30 am, i received a reply from Scott Evans saying that the product would be despatched the next day. I cannot understand why, legal action has to be threatened to get a reply, especially as the e-mail is being obviously monitored and the answer was sent at 03:30 am ? The folks at Wallpaperink need to decide if they are running a business or not, and if they are, then their customer facing performance is totally unacceptable. Would I buy from them again?, not likely as there are other Companies supplying the same products with far better reputations. Final outcome ?, they said that the product was being dispatched yesterday, not arrived as yet, watch this space........ Update, the product arrived the next day as promised, it also seems to be what was ordered and the quality seems good. I still don't get it, simple customer service could avoid all of the hassle.

After unpacking our wall mural we found the instructions where straight forward and easy to follow the only thing I would say is leave the cutting until the very end as the wall mural will have more of a bound to the wall by this time and make the cuttin in the skirting board a Little more easy. The print quality is real good, we had a forest image In full colour and there is lots of detail in the image whit the close up parts being real crisp and sharp. Iam looking to order a Disney one next for my kids bedroom for xmas i think my boy will love it. Thanks

United Kingdom | 11 October 2016The organization supplied the things as portrayed and in a decent timescale. Thing was all around pressed and in great request with abundant direction for application. In general, exceptionally satisfied with the outcome and would utilize the organization once more. The divider I set the painting on, lamentably had an entryway in it and to put the wall painting over the entryway would have expanded the cost with a great deal of wastage. I don't know how the organization may address that circumstance. As I am an amatuer craftsman I could extend the scene in acrylics to a level satisfactory to my significant other. I had issues in splashing the moves of the wall paintings as the paper is about 50mm more extensive than standard paper and a standard water plate would not adapt. A tender update on the site would help clients to guarantee they had an appropriately estimated plate before beginning!! I utilized a hand shower to give every piece a decent splash, yet I presume I permitted to douse excessively long as, despite the fact that the divider was a plasterboard divider and genuinely straight, regardless I wound up with joints opening marginally after drying. Genuinely simple for me to put right with an arrangement of pastels. I hope to arrange another wall painting for another room which is to be rearranged.

United Kingdom | 01 October 2016I wish I had listened and read the bad reviews as there is another company selling the same mural I ordered with excellent reviews. What a terrible service and quality paper. It took months to sort out they never sent the extra bits they say comes in the box. The first wallpaper was faulty and then after weeks and weeks of arguing I got the next lot of paper and this again came with no fitting tools and the fitting video on their site is different to the paper sent. It was pre pasted and now we have smears of wallpaper paste which won't come off it was not worth a quarter of the price paid the customer service is terrible don't use them.
