I cannot say I was entirely happy with my recent wallpaper purchase from wallpaperink.co.uk. The result on my wall now looks fine, but the way there was less than ideal: After ordering, it took forever for the wallpaper to actually get to us. Attempts at contacting customer support failed through all channels; the company seems to actively stop customers from getting in touch. When the wallpapers finally arrived, the problems continued: 1. All of the drops were wider than a standard roll of wallpaper, so didn't fit completely on my decorating table, which makes glueing them up a nightmare. 2. The plumb width was given incorrectly. The left-most drop was only 74cm wide, yet the plumb width was given as 755mm. Luckily I double-checked the measurements or I would now have a more than 1.5 cm wide gap at the left end of my wall. 3. The drops all come with a white margin top and bottom, which you need to trim off before glueing. It is completely unclear to me why this could not have been done in the factory, where suitable equipment would have been available. This is probably less of a problem if you're decorating an entire wall: simply trim leaving a small safety-margin of the white paper and trim to the correct size once the wallpaper is up. I was only doing part of the wall, so for the lower edge I actually didn't want to do any trimming on the wall. So, I had to try and get the trim as exact as possible without suitable equipment. Luckily it worked out OK.

******DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY********* After an ordeal trying to contact the company about the mural not arriving when we expected it finally arrived only for us to find that it was a blurry pixelated mess which had overlaps in almost every panel and scratches on several. They still haven't gotten back to me, which is probably due to the fact that they have no sort of customer service what so ever, like actually an answer phone telling you to leave your details or fill out an online form, either of which will not get you a response. As far as I'm concerned I have just given away £150 for what I was told and shown was a "premium" mural, and received something which is unusable.

I am so, so happy with the mural that they printed for me. It's up on my wall and looks fantastic. I bought the premium paper and with just soaking the wall and paper with a spray bottle filled with tap water the mural (wallpaper) went on and stayed on easily. The staff at the company were really helpful too. They answered all my questions and worked with me using a different upload platform as my design was a very large file. The wallpaper arrived a few days early which was like getting your Christmas presents early. (If it is your own design, you NEED TO USE HIGH RESOLUTION GRAPHICS. Some people are complaining that their mural was pixelated. Yes, it will be if you copy an image off the internet or something like that. Pixelation just means you didn't buy a high res graphic.)

Do not use this company. The installation video on the website is extremely misleading. This is only for the standard wallpaper. Not all 3 wallpapers as implied by the caption below. When you ring customer support it goes straight to an answerphone instead. There are also lots of loop holes in their terms and conditions so that they can get out of giving anybody a refund. A terrible company do not use! We have had mural wallpapers from other companies and been very happy with the product received, do not assume this company is just as good. The premium paper is weak, and installation unlike any other wall paper I have ever installed and I have put up plenty.

AVOID!!!!! I ordered a mural for my little girls room. When it arrived my little girl was so excited, however it has been a massive disappointment! I paid for the best backing paper but the actual image itself is not fit for purpose. It is so pixilated the blury image actually strains my eyes, and so I refuse to put this in my little girls room. I emailed several times with no response! I then called and complained and they said to email the complaints department... which ironically was the same email address I had previously emailed three times!!! Even after sending another complaint still nothing! I called again and threatened court action. They replied but totally dismissed my compliant. Anyway, I have now taken the mural to another professional printers who have confirmed that the image is terrible. I WILL BE TAKING THIS COMPANY TO COURT!!!!! WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I am totally thrilled with the wallpaper, it certainly transforms a room, how often can you say that you are looking forward to decorating another room in your house. This product has the wow factor. The ease of ordering, and the prompt delivery was the icing on the cake. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, thoroughly professional service from start to finish!

The picture quality was good but my painter / decorator struggled to get it up and there are visable lines / joins in the image. The finished image is ok but not brilliant. Given he is an experienced decorator I do not think its down to him but the product not being that easy to deal with.

We have been using wallpaperink for the past few months on out hotel room refurb project. We are delighted with the murals and our customers have all been taking about them. Recommend to anyone looking for a premium paper and service.

Generally very good but one panel seems a different shade from the others the video showed water to wall and then stuck paper but we had to use paste

We bought a WORLD MAP mural for my son's bedroom and the whole experience with Wallpaperink has been terrible and they still owe me over £286! In short... 1. The mural took longer than the 3 days advertised to be delivered 2. The edges of each roll had not been cut properly so when joined edge to edge, places would be missing letters (Calcutta without the l, Tibet missing the e, etc) 3. When a brush is used to gently apply the paper, the print runs! 4. Cities were not spelt correctly 5. Some areas had been double printed and ended up with blurry text When I complained, Wallpaperink asked me to order a different world map... but there were no others I wanted. Since asking again for a refund given the product being sold is faulty, I have had no reply despite many further attempts, both on email and on calling (when no one answers). It has now been 5 months and my next step is the small claims court...

I ordered off of them. Really helpful when taking my initial order telling me how to ensure measurements are done right. Returned all emails and phone calls very quickly. My order came and the quality of ththe print was appalling and I had paid for the premium paper and on top of this they have sent the measurements incorrectly, sent the height as the width and the width as the height. Getting hold of them to sort this problem then became a serious issue in itself. Eventually I got a response to my email saying to send the paper back and they will sort it out (this cost me an extra £21 to return), and I asked them to show me a sample before printing the whole thing as if the quality wasn’t improved I would prefer a refund. Since this I have heard nothing back from wallpaper ink and I have lost in excess of £230. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have then had to order from Wallsauce.com who helped me out very quick, aent the mural out which looks amazing and the quality of the print and paper is so much better !

After a lengthy dialogue, Stuart at Wallpaperink helped me achieve precisely the look I was after. I will definately work with them again

My dad ordered 2 rolls of paper to cheer up my disabled housebound mother.One of the prints where of a holiday destination that my parents had been to. As there is no chance my mother could ever go on holiday again the wall paper seemed the perfect idea. The delivery man came while my father was busy seeing to my mother so he did not open the package as soon as it came, most of us probably don't. Once the package was open one of the tubes were empty, my father was told to contact the delivery company, nothing has been done and no one is taking responsibility with no compensation or refund. This is disgusting that my father is out of pocket and no one is taking any action. It has been a very expensive mistake using this company. Had a message from them asking for the details and still nothing has been done.

As like many of the other reviews, if there is a problem they do not help. My mural arrived with streaks and scratches on it. No one answers the phone, if you email they say "Thanks for reaching out to our support team. One of our agents will respond within 5 working days." and then nothing. It is not worth the risk using this one. I ordered 3 murals from 3 different suppliers and I would recommend MuralsWallpaper.co.uk for quality and service.
