K & M Installs did a brilliant job replacing windows for our 3 bedroom detached house. Job completed very professionally within 2 days with a tidy finish. I have recently had a new front door fitted by K&M Installs. I met with Kris beforehand and he advised me of all the different options for the style of door, glazing etc. The door was made to my specifications and fitted about a month later. Very pleased with our new doors. There was a crack in the back door which Kris pointed out. He arranged for a replacement door to be fitted. Cannot fault this local company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I've just had two front doors and two windows replaced by K & M installs. Kris and the team were very polite and professional from start to finish. Kris visited my house to measure up and to let me choose which doors and windows I would like, making the whole process very easy. I was then sent the quotes which I thought were very reasonable prices for the work and materials required. The windows and doors were both of a high quality and the workmanship provided when fitting was of a very high standard. I'm extremely pleased with the work that was carried out. All debris was taken away and everything cleaned up afterwards, a great job all round! I've got another window that will be replaced in the near future and I'll definitely be using K & M Installs again. Highly recommended!

Having decided to replace two double glazed window units that had failed I phoned around companies to get a quote; some didn’t return my calls, others didn’t keep appointments but Kris of K & M Installs Ltd did get back to me promptly. He visited my property on the date we agreed, I received his quote the following day and as I felt this was fairly priced we agreed a date for the windows to be fitted. Installation then went ahead as planned with the old windows and any rubbish being cleared away. I’m happy with all the work done and duly received the FENSA paperwork as promised. If you’re looking for new windows I’d recommend you give K & M a call.

Thank you to Kris and colleagues, this is the second time we’ve used KM Installs, the first time was in 2022 to change all the windows in our house, this time was a new patio door and all the windows at our extension. We were initially recommended this company by a close relative. They arrived and carried out fitting a bay window, 2 x bedroom windows and replaced 2 glass panes in the conservatory. Had this company replace windows and a new front door. I would like to have put higher than 5 stars for this company (K&M Installs) but could only give 5. Their workmanship was second to none. They did a fantastic job of the work at my property and I can only but sing their praises for their workmanship. Very friendly guys, especially Kris the owner. They arrived on time and quickly set about getting the job done. They were very professional and cleared up everything after they had finished. Kris is my go to guy when it comes to dealing with any window issues in my rental properties. He recently replaced two failed sealed units in an apartment and also adjusted a hinge to solve a draught problem. He kindly sent me before and after photos to show the work completed - which were useful as the tenant had reported me to the council in retaliation for serving notice on him due to rent arrears and refusal to comply with various rules of the apartment complex. Unfortunately my tenant has started harassing Kris and posting one star reviews to try to ruin his reputation because he has interpreted the taking of photos as spying. So I just wanted to set the record straight and confirm that Kris has conducted himself with the utmost professionalism throughout the work. I would highly recommend K and M Installs to anyone looking for anything from minor repairs to a full window and door replacement project (which he has also done for me in the past). Thanks Kris for an excellent job done under very challenging circumstances. I hope you aren't put off working for me in the future!
