Email only and no response on the 4 emails sent. Do not waste your money or time

As like everybody else I have emailed twice to see about the delivery date and received the automated email "We are currently going through some changes.........." No contact tel number. I originally placed the order with Crazy Price Beds and on trust pilot they have good reviews if I had known this was the same company, I would not have placed the order. Absolutely disgusting customer service experience. PLEASE DO NOT USE.

Horrible, vile people to do this. Everyone please REPORT them otherwise these reviews are basically useless. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered 2 beds on the 23rd of November and finally today I’ve had a delivery - of one bed. Keep emailing the company but just get an automatic reply. Does anyone know a way to contact them?

United Kingdom | 01 December 2022Really wish I could leave a no star review. I was really excited to order my daughter's first big girls bed, which she chose herself ready for our new house. And I was pleased with the price and the order process. That was on 4 November, and since then it has gone downhill. I have emailed numerous times, having now received three different automatic replies, explaining problems that I was understanding of, but absolutely no reply about my order. I've tried calling, and that just tells you to email, throwing you in to an endless and hopeless loop. What is most frustrating is that this company is now in administration but still actively marketing, knowing that (at worst) orders will never be fulfilled or (at best) orders will not meet any kind of reasonable or advertised timescale. Really understand all companies have problems, and it is a tough time right now, but please be compassionate and let people know where they stand, not leaving them in limbo holding out for hearing back or seeing their order they have worked hard to pay for. And please stop allowing orders to be placed until you have sorted your problems out. My order ID, for what it is worth is: 1000114300

Don't reply to emails, which is the only way to contact them, again, no reply. If I could have avoided given a star, I would have. A bunch of cowboys running the worst company I've ever dealt with.

The bed was delivered but the side panels were grey velour and the top and bottom were not only a different colour but were black faux leather! The mattress price was refunded but without any explanation. I have sent 5 emails explaining this but have not had a single reply the last mail explaining that i want to return the bed.Use this company at your peril!

United Kingdom | 28 November 2022After glancing quickly at reviews of crazy price beds, which a trading name of Sleep Design, online, I ordered a bed. . The reviews on uk trust pilot/trustpilot. Com/reviews.io, ALL showed reviews of 4 or 5, plus Top Cash Back website gave them 5 out of 5. . I receiving an email saying they were having trouble with their couriers the day before my delivery, I replied saying "thanks for the update" as they said I should receive the bed within the next 72 hours. Then I was then sent another email from them saying they have a "severe IT outage on 23rd October and are working tirelessly to restore access" . So I went back online and actually looked on TRUSTPILOTS reviews and it looks like this was a legitimate business up until 2018 and getting those 5 star reviews. But since the the reviews are nothing but DREADFUL, with everyone complaining about them. . So as soon as I realised this, I went onto PAYPAL to try regain my money, so now I'm going through that process and the seller has until 15th December to talk to PayPal. . I hope you read this before you buy from that SCAM COMPANY!!!

United Kingdom | 13 November 2022I've recently ordered a bed also (8th Nov 22). Had no further follow ups, delivery confirmations or had a response 2 my emails. I think this may be a scam company which goes under several guises, 1 of which I used called CrazyBedPrices! Now usually my 1st rule of thumb is that if I'm ordering from an unknown brand or to cheap to be true site is to check if they have a phone number. My bad!!! Broke my 1st rule. Tried to contact on messenger "we don't use this for customer service, please email us on ......". So send email "on 23rd we had a catastrophic I.T issue and email replies are lightyears away". So all methods of contact result in an auto response saying they can't help right now. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE......too late for us who originally missed the red flags!

There isn't any way of contacting you and speaking with a person. I am concerned due to the awful reviews on here that the bed and mattress I have paid £500 is not in stock and I won't get my money back like the other customers. Its frustrating and worrying that you don't have a person available for customers to speak with.

The price is more than reasonable, the delivery was very quick and smooth and the product is beautiful. I ordered on Sunday and the bed was with me by Wednesday!! Literally not one complaint from me. Very happy customer and will be using again in the future. Thank you Sleep Designs 👍🏼

United Kingdom | 16 November 2021🚨🚨DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!🚨🚨 I brought a bed in January and the arms that connect the bed to the frame have twisted, sunk down and broken so I am either having to sleep with my legs above my head or at the other end of my bed. When contacting the company I was told they would be sending out replacements, photos and videos were send to them to show them how broken it is. I have been waiting over a month for the replacements, I contacted again asking for an update and since then have been blocked on messenger. So not only a bed that’s not even a year old is broken but I am near on £500 out of pocket as my bed cannot be fixed unless they send me replacements.

United Kingdom | 10 November 2021to start this review off I didn't know that this company also traded as crazypricedbeds, the only reason i researched this company was because i got an email to say my order from Sleep design was coming tomorrow and I didn't have a clue what i had ordered so i googled it, turns out the company is also crazypricedbeds, although on this page there are so many bed reviews the reviews the reviews on crazypricedbeds are amazing, and i cannot say that i can fault my order from there at all i'm really pleased with my order, I ordered the crushed velvet LED double bed and it was super easy to assemble, the only problem i had was that i could only get one LED panel to light up as the wires for the other side were broken which i emailed them about and straight away the issue was resolved and they have sent me a new wire out which i am super happy about. So in all i am happy with my experience:)

United Kingdom | 06 November 2021AVOID!!!! THIS COMPANY. I am here to vent my anger and disgust in the bed I have just invested my hard earned money in. Not only did they promise a delivery time slot of between 3pm and 7pm which did not happen it actually turned up at 10pm ?????. This is where the fun begins not have I only wasted 3 hours of my time tonight trying to put the bed together it doesn’t help that the female thread is crossed threaded and hence couldn’t bolt together I had to improvise and use some of my own screws and washers in place of your provided screw. The base boards are both flimsy and one of them has a hole in it. Not to mention the marks and scuffs on the fabric. Also a rusty decorative stud on the headboard. This is only what we are aware of as we didn’t get any further due to the mattress base board not having the holes drilled into the frame as detailed in the instruction sheet to allow for the bolting up of 2 metal profile sections ???? At this point we decided to give it up as a bad job and made a decision to take it to the local tip. No response to our messages.. shock.

United Kingdom | 28 October 2021Bought a single seashell bed in silver it was delivered Tuesday 26.11.21 ive emailed to let them know that the bed is faulty they emailed me back to ask if I would keep the bed as it not structural damage to the bed frame and they would send me a free waterproof mattress protector as a good will gesture. I've tried constantly to ring them they never pick up . I've declined the offer and asked for a new bed sending out my little girl is currently in our bed due to her having nowhere to sleep well done crazy price beds what joke of a company nearly 500 pound wasted

The bed frame they sent was absolute rubbish the instructions to set up where just a text. of course the frame it self was unsteady for months we have asked them to send a new arm as the one we have was bent and is causing the bed to tilt at first they were nice sent out a new arm but it was completely the wrong size after ignoring our messages for close to a month they sent another arm this time right size but wrong side of the bed we sent pictures and stated what side we needed so no idea how they got that wrong. Now they have cut communications again absolutely terrible customer service. Terrible quality. Waste of money. This has been a ongoing issue for 4 months and still no result

United Kingdom | 08 March 2021I bought a double bed and a mattress from this company thinking I was getting a bargain because the advertised RRP's were £449 and £649 respectively indicating a corresponding saving of 55% and 69%. The ordering process and delivery went smoothly. My decorator and I unpacked the bed and upon erecting it discovered the most appalling, and potentially dangerously sharp finish to the metal work on the bed. Also the 3 central supporting legs didn't even touch the ground. Nevertheless we continued to erect the bed, hoping that the weight of the mattress may resolve that issue. The wooden slats were very thin, one was split and the tool that was supplied to erect the bed broke half way through the process. We then opened the bag containing the mattress and discovered that the mattress stuffing was bursting through the seam. I am being asked, at my own expense, to return the items in their original packaging which is impossible because the slats will not come out of their housing, the mattress is too big for me to manoeuvre around narrow landings, corners and down the stairs so I am, like many other reviewers on here, destined for a journey to the council tip. I am ever hopeful that they will issue a refund, at least for the dangerous bed base if nothing else, but sadly, judging by previous reviewers comments, this is unlikely. I am not prepared to fork out an additional £100 to return these items when the cost should be borne by them for providing sub-standard, faulty items. Buyers beware
