Missed multiple deliveries - I can't believe how terrible the delivery from this company has been. The order for my Children's bunk beds (Oscar White Solid Wooden Triple Sleeper Bunk Beds- Double & Single Size mattresses) was placed on 17th March. It's now 26th April and we're still waiting for 1 box to complete the build. Children have been on mattresses for weeks now. I've been on the phone almost every day, but all they do is apologise, without proper escalation of the issue . The problem seems to be their choice of courier (Panther) who have delivered different parts of the bed on multiple occasions, Having spoken to the courier a few times they've blamed Sleep Design themselves for booking it wrong. This hasn't been a one-off experience, I've had multiple failed deliveries of parts of the same bed?! Clearly I'm annoyed, but without this just being a rant, I would suggest when looking for a bed, using another company who dont use Panther as their couriers.

I've had a bed and mattress from Sleep Design, so impressed with the service, they texted me with a 2hr delivery window the night prior to delivery, said it would be with me between 8-10am, I was even able to see what drop number I was so I guessed it would be with me early. Sure enough it arrived at 8:30am, the driver gave me a call to check exactly where we were. The boxes were well packaged, by 9am I had the bed built - all the tools were supplied, the instructions were so easy. Really impressed with the quality of the bed, the memory foam mattress took a day or so to fully expand, as per the instructions. It's so comfortable, and the Gawsworth bed is solid. I would recommend Sleep Design beds and mattresses - such great value for money.

Purchased a sleep design bed through Amazon, wonderful experience with the company & a fantastic crushed silver bed delivered on time, easy to assemble & great quality.

Bought this for my daughter for £100 and i was very pleased with the quality, much better quality than the one we saw at dunnelm for nearly twice the price. My 8 year old daughter loves it.

Love the style of this bed am very happy with my purchase have recommended to friends i really love the headboard and how comfortable it is to sit up reading or watching movies in bed. the Base is easy to put up following the instructions and is low but I have a big mattress that brought the bed up to normal height so the bed looks expensive and stylish but still remain's practical.

Hi there, I would recommend this item to every one. As you know when you buy online there is always something missing or you as a customer always looking for more. For this item I would say that it's worth more than you have spend on it. I had some issues with delivery cause one mattress was missing I have contact the seller they answered straight away and delivered it very next day. So, there for I am so happy and recommend to everybody. Thanks

Bed was easy to assemble and has a solid feel to it,as well as being stylish and comfortable,we chose the 8"memory foam mattress + delivery, came to just under 400 euros,can't reccomend enough,thanks
