Morgan was really thorough and had a big chat with me over the phone to explain the finer details of the survey and to put it in layman’s terms for me. He also sent some texts answering extra questions after that. Worth every penny. A really great service and so friendly.

Good prompt service and booked in within reasonable dates for a Homebuyer survey, despite close to Christmas. Not only that the survey was completed and written up before Christmas too and was pretty comprehensive......I was expecting less to be fair, having a lower opinion of these surveys and the fact most seem to try and exclude everything.....WD went in the loft and lifted drainage chambers, so can't fault them there.

A very comprehensive report which flagged important issues. The surveyor was happy to discuss and elaborate on the report when asked which was very informative giving good perspective.

Very prompt response and survey carried out within a week. The report arrived by email the following day and it was very easy to follow and understand. I did have a couple of queries that I wanted further information on and this was very easily done over the telephone. When I made an offer on the property in Southport, like most people I didn't know any surveyors so I had to rely on internet searches. I am very pleased with the surveyor I used and based on my experience so far would recommend.
