The screen was promptly delivered, it was extremely well packaged, sing a number of different styles of packing to protect it's fragility. Fitting was easy (Youtube assistance with that). The screen works perfectly, it is clear and was imaculate upon delivery

Bought my screen, got delivered, installed it, turned on laptop and it had been cracked right down the middle (probably during delivery). Messaged using their customer service tool on the website and got a quick response asking for some photos of the screen, delivery slip and packaging. Did that and quickly received a replacement screen in the mail. They dealt with my broken screen very efficiently, and if it wasn't for the slight inconvenience of having to wait a little longer for the replacement, it would have been 5 stars.
