I don't normally bother with reviews. Service was good - I used the chat facility which helped me get the right screen and also source a video to show me how to change it as my laptop was not listed. Taking my life into my hands I changed the screen which had arrived promptly and well packaged. It was pretty easy, only fiddly bit was the connector which needed some care. Thanks for saving me a fortune!

One things I would to mention is that I ordered a LG screen and got a Samsung equivalent which is fine. However I first thought that you had done a mistake as nothing was mentioned in the paper accompanying the parcel. The Samsung screen was fully compatible.

I though my laptop will never be functional once the screen had shattered after it fell down from quite height. Shops wanted me to pay GBP 150 to GBP 200.
