Invoice and order all set up for delivery to home. Instead sent to business premises twice !! Resulted in need to cancel patient that travels 90 minutes to attend. Very disappointed!

Sam Talks more about herself than train what she’s paid to do. Talks about murders and stupid far fetched scenarios. My family is from a medical background and I know for a fact that some information she shared was wrong and to slag off SWAST where my son works is discussing.

Sam gives a very good lecture, explains very well and helps you not easily forget what she imparts with good examples. Excellent training provided. Thank you, Sam.
